I had the pleasure of seeing Bowie live several years ago,he was completely mesmerizing,it was such an incredible experience,I’ve been to hundreds of concerts,but his is one that stands out in my memory,another side note,I’m a retired nurse,five of my twenty years were spent on an oncology unit ,our terminally Ill cancer patients were called black stars ,we placed a black star next to,their name on their chart ,i thought it was odd that he named Gus last album black star ,of course he knew he was sick ,but I think it was coincidence,I still miss him so much .
Thank you for that information. Bowie knew he was going to die and I have a hard time believing it to be coincidence. He must have known about the association.

In other interviews she said she had seen the ring he proposed with was one she had seen two years earlier on a trip. He went back and it had been sold, so he found the person who had and it and bought it from them. ❤❤❤

I met David once. He and I where the only to people in a small shop.
We talked briefly and had a small joke about the dismal weather (yep the weather).
After he had just walked out the shop keeper said to me “you know who that is”
I was like no. He seems familiar but no.

He was pleasant, very charming, had a sense of humour and was as charismatic in life as on stage

There is an extremely well known cosmetics line called FASHION FAIR COSMETICS that has been around, at least, since the 1970's that is a make up and skincare line designed exclusively for women of color. Her cosmetic line was not the first. But her cosmetic line is also very good.

I grew up in the Hudson Valley and been in many countries, I've seen some of the most beautiful sunsets from my parents porch looking west over the Hudson River.
Fragrances is the ultimate trigger of our senses, believe it or not fragrances is more powerful than any visual or sound trigger which is weirdly interesting to know that our noses have a mind of their own ! Smells can make us remember a sweet moment that faded away in the back of our minds.
