I think this happened somewhere after Act 1 of Extra Stage, so already during Second Stage, not before, like you said in the description. My reason is that in Extra Stage Shingo just introduced Takeshi to Sayuki, so they couldn't known each other in person before Second Stage. Plus that would suck big time for Takeshi, losing to Seiji right after getting over his trauma and declaring a beginning of a win streak.
I respected Nakazato even when he lost 3 times, now I just empatize with him (I played various sim games with the R32 hard as f to turn in some), and then he just got redeemed in this cd drama. My favourite character and car by far, I like he drives the V-spec ii and not the normal "R", plus RACERS... * INHALES DEEPLY * *DON'T NEED GIRLS!!!*
That makes me want to see Shingo's training arc on the EG6 to learn his tecniques + gumtape deathmatch, and Kenta's training arc on the S14 in the rain
I can't believe that this is just an audio from a cd, a full scene of The nakazato r32 winning the race should be epic since he only crashes his car on the tv show
