Setup touch is extremely good. Not just when shooting, but especially when you're under pressure in mid, you can just flick the ball away for long passes and such.

Good for goal setting & being more social it reduces social oppression & inspires diversity(not forces). Golf is a good game too. Very positive and aspiring.
