Is it possible to make it into a devil breaker without replacing a pre-existing one? If not, could it replace one of the worse ones like pasta-breaker and monkey business?

Monkey business is just reskinned Hekter Skelter. Pasta Break isn't bad as it change the places of the next two devil breakers. Sweet Surrender is completely useless though. But yeah these mods should be replaced on the more on the useless ones.
