Plus those teams are much more likely to win matches. I've had one tag team (Drew Gulak and Austin Theory) be my current tag champs now for 19 weeks as I approach Wrestlemania. If they win against Roman and Seth at WM I'm using 2 of my 3 keeps on both of them.

Love jawnny but Nah not giving him the power card excuse it doesn't work with matches that guarantee injuries because that would be broken and they went out of their way to nerf shakeups this year . He chose to keep doing it so he could have this excuse dont let him get away with this.

The game screwing Johnny is incredibly harsh. The others screwing Johnny by making him think that he couldn't use Bad Publicity for Mania was harsh. If a card says you can't use it week 25 it means you can't use it at Mania for it to trigger on week 1 of the next season, so you can use it week 24 to work at Mania. If he wasn't getting screwed with the trophies and shake-ups he legit had a chance of winning playing that card on the right person for Mania.

Surely you could have used Bad Advertising for Wrestlemania, by playing it at week 24? The card says you can't use it on week 25 (Mania week), because you can't then get fans for week 26 which doesn't exist in the game, as it just resets with a draft instead.
Special promotion is likely best used during Mania, as it is the last week. As I think Slip was saying, it bumps up the amount of fans you retain that week (last year it went from .99 to like .9975) and so the most amount of fans you will have at any given time with the ability to use the card would, of course, be the last week of the season
The card is actually best used the week after a PLE as what it does is retain fans for this show from the previous week and you always have the highest number of fans after a PLE then the card makes sure those fans stick around after the next show too.

Based on the math, it seems the way the game works is it calculates how many fans you will retain moving forward. if you take the fans NXT had in total after last week (2,060,337) and add the fans they gained in that week (45,500), you get 2,105,837. If you multiple that number by .99, you get 2,084,778.63. So since both the fans generated that week and the total number of fans from last week are taken into account, it would still seem the best week to use that card is for Mania because it will be the most amount of total fans you can use it on and since the fan retention impacts the current week's new fans it will be the most amount of fans you gain in a single week through the season. this got long and I hope makes sense, but TL;DR: Mania or the week of a PLE are the best times to use special promotion
My understanding off the john shakeup is for each show that a superstar is already injured on you get extra fans, not for each show that someone actually gets injured on although I could be wrong and it's just bugged
Cruiser vs Cruiser is the only same type that will still work in the ways of sinergy for a match (Like if you did curser vs giant or specialist vs any) I don't know if the guys know that or not.

Man, I think it was a goofy choice for them to include HoF trophies for ranking placements. You earn money and viewers by putting on great shows, but you can just ignore that and fill up the trophy checklist. NXT has the second most powerful gm card and I have watched you waste both cards twice. You have a card the makes all matches free the only match types to use with that card is a steel cage, backstage brawl, and casket match they are the only match that increase your fans the most

Didn’t Slip lose last year because of a trophy not triggering? I’m still digging this season but, I kinda wish the boys just played on the easier mode so they had more play creatively. It makes for more intense choices but, watching some of their shows get crippled by glitches combined with money is just rough.

the locks depend on your rank. First place gets 3, 2nd gets 4, 3rd gets 5, and 4th gets 6
