Once, the item has been engraved, the quality can not be enhnaced on the later stage. The final quality depends upon many factors including the sharpness and resolution of the original image. The machine used for producing the engraved images also plays a major role. Unfortunately, in your case, nothing can be done now. You can try contacting the seller for the replacement with the good engraving.
Mine copy paste only works with photo laser software, once I have connected my epilog machine. It gets activated once my machine is there. Otherwise you can give direct engraving command from photo laser. That should work. Alternately, you can send me your file to my email id, I can help you by converting that file and can email back to you in Corel file.
For cutting purpose any chineese machine will work and they are very cheaper. However for propper and good photo engraving, Chinese machine will not produce good results. You can contact Mr. Jaimin Upadhyay on 9716054356 . He is the distributor for Epilog machine in India. I purchased my machine from him.

Sir borax engraving wood get smear, if we use dry cloth over wood dark black smear come on cloth.
Just blow it with pressurised air. It will resolve the issue.

@@hadiasworld08 aap photoshop mein pehle ache se contrast kijiye photo ko. Pehle b&w kijiye uske baad ache se contrast karke coreldraw mein laaiye. Aap mujhe sample photo mail kar sake Hain. Testting ke liye main laser ke software mein file convert krake aapko bhej sakta hoon.
