It was a smart investment to buy one when they stopped manufacturing. Leave it unopened and it will be worth a LOT in 10-20 years time. Perhaps not as much as an SNK but the value will increase at a higher rate than the rate of interest. So it makes for more fiscal sense than using something like a high interest saving accounts. In the UK ISAs are the most common. If younger me had kept my Pikachu N64... Dayum... I have a Mortal Kombat 1 and 2 big box that was my older brothers. It is like new. Cost £29.99 from Virgin according to the receipt that he left in the box. The sell for over $300 now. $500 if unopened or "mint on card." It's like when anything... From furniture to wines... Their is a collectors market that follows whims. A console that was a failure but wasn't actually bad? The precursor to the switch? It will have provenance and relative rarity one day and that will equate to a monetary value.

I saw that when I was looking for my next handheld. The old 8 bit games were a huge turnoff. I couldn't decide between the RG350 and the Pow Kiddy X18. I've since decided to get the RG350, and make my Kindle Fire HD 8 a handheld using the ipega controller. Problem solved!
Bruh, just buy a PSP and jailbreak it so that it can run emulators. It's not any worse than this legally and it is a way better retro console handheld.
I bought two of these amazing Family Pockets and they are amazing! The cheaper one didn't come with the controler. But the second one did because it was 4 dollars more. But not the same games on the first one I bought. The first one has 208 games and the other one had 222 games on it. The 208 games are much better nes games.

The only thing these Chinese knock-offs have done is replace the shell of the their mother chips...I remember owning a penguin RF 1000 and 1 games "console" from the flea market...Like, the games have LITERALLY never changed...Except maybe the ninja mario being added...but everything is the same.
I don't get these design decisions. Why not scrap the hdmi and analogue outputs and the sticks and use the money for higher quality buttons. I mean look at bittboy, they started out with a famiclone, but made it so good that they are a big player in retro handhelds now.
I think its totally ripped off because you can buy a $4 phone and it has WAY better things than this so called "Wii-U" (which I think looks more like a switch lite) and you can put like a 32gb sd card in it and download an emulator and roms for way cheaper!
