A 15-head suppository filling machine is specialized equipment designed for the automated filling of suppositories, which are solid medical preparations intended to be inserted into the rectum, vagina, or urethra, where they dissolve or melt to exert local or systemic effects.

Working Process:
1. Preparation:
- The suppository base and active ingredients are prepared and melted in a heating tank.
2. Filling:
- The melted mixture is precisely dosed and dispensed into the suppository molds via the 15 filling heads.
3. Cooling and Solidification:
- The filled molds pass through a cooling tunnel or are placed in a cooling chamber to solidify the suppositories.
4. Demolding:
- Solidified suppositories are ejected from the molds.
5. Packaging:
- The suppositories are then ready for packaging, which can be manual or automated.
