I can’t believe you have been able to get so much done man, very impressive. I may not always leave a comment but I don’t miss an episode! Thanks Mike!!!
Mike, Great to see trains running on your layout and traversing your amazing track plan. I would like to know how long is your back wall where you have the ramps going up & down to get to the clearance needed. I was told the rule of thumb...so to speak, is to gain 1" you need 4'feet, this what I want to do for my HO Scale layout and not to use a helix. I may have a suggestion for your unwanted used KATO track, if you are on Facebook, send me a message and I will talk more about this at your convenience Keep up the great work and I am looking forward to your updates, thanks for sharing my friend!!! .
Great job Mike ! Enjoyed watching the train around the layout. You are making good progress. Thanks for the update looking forward to seeing what you get done next. Things are coming together nicely. Thanks for sharing. Have a good day.
Looking very fantastic Mike love the work that's going on especially that your e8 hauling the freight around the new layout also love the taxidermy horny toad thanks for sharing
Looking good Mike. I remember catching horntodes when I was younger, that was a lot of years ago. It always good to run the first full round on a new layou... 👍👍👍👍👍
Great to see a train running! This will be a really nice layout to operate with the long running and plenty of yard track...Great progress Mike! Cheers from Melbourne, Australia.
Dear Mike, Like the new layout design. Also like the fact that we share the same luv for rolling carts, which appear simular to the ones I have. Nice backdrops, I only wish I have those paintings skills. Keep up the good work, which I will follow with anticipation. Much love from across the big pond (the Netherlands - Europe)
What a great testimony to Kato track. The new layout runs very smooth Mike. I am amazed at how much you are getting done in the time frame you have.. definitely a self starter !!! Looking forward to the next installment. One more thing.. awesome amount of run time.
Wow, just catching up, my laptop has been out of action for a few days. Great to see a train run around the full circuit. And the clouds are in place, too! Looking great.
Oh that's great Mike that you got the layup up and running so we can officially call a golden spike ceremony for having the track and wiring all done am I right can't wait to see what else is going to happen with the layout 👍👍
Hey Mike it's looking good there buddy hey I just that's pretty impressive I had I wish I had a just a one little building to do something like that that'd be awesome but it looks good there buddy so just wanted to let you know that and I'll keep on watching you keep on producing those videos out so I'll catch you on the next one Happy Reels there buddy your friend from Wisconsin Darren
Cool Mike, Trains r a running!!! I sold a Santa Fe oil can that look just like a few years back on ebay....Had the guys name on the bottom of the can. Bob
Great video. You had better luck with your wiring to than I did. I had 2 feeders swapped at a turnout. I put my wiring together like yo did. Then got everything thing divided iro blocks. now just to get the fused.
Looks Awesome Mike! I love Kato track! Did you use only #6 turnouts for the layout? I have about 20x left and 20x right and about 4 crossovers for my new plan to work with! Cheers! PS Love those E8's! 😎👍
That is a fine "N" gage layout. Thanks for keeping us updated. I would like to know where do you buy your Kato "N" Gage track and the risers from? I do have a few track variation most of it is double track and viaduck
Nothing better than running a train on a new layout. So how long does it take to do a lap at say scale 60 mph?? Looks to me a bullet proof track design. So where does your Air Brush station go? Now the fun part on figuring out scenery, towns, and industries. till next time Mike
Nice progress! I was looking at the HF LED strips for the building I'm getting ready to build. Are you using the 5000 or 10000 lumen version? And are you happy with 4 strips in your area?
Mike, Nothing better than running trains, especially when it comes together and works- LOL. Nice to see you getting the AC&T-Train room comfortable, organized and more like home again! By the way, are those E8 A/B sound equipped?
Wow! congratulations on the first trains running!!! It is always amazing how "long" it will actually take to get around and that is great! You should be proud and I think it is great! Looking at it now, all I can say, boy there is alot of work to do still, but great and I can't wait to see how all your other hobby stuff ( csr models and horny toads and all fit too!) Thanks Mike, so far so good!
@@N-Scale what is the average number of cars for a real train to pull?. I've seen train here in Denver that may have anywhere between 50 to 60 cars at once or sometimes even more.
Do you have any tank cars. I've heard that any tank cars carrying hazmat should always be in the middle of the train far away from the locomotives and the caboose as possible in case of any derailment
Exciting to see trains running. 👍🏼👍🏼 Well done.
Thanks Ron !!!! 🛤🛤🛤🛤🛤🛤🛤
I volunteer to be one of your kids, The sound of moving trains, must be music to your ears. Love it, thanks for sharing.
Thanks Dave. My kids were never interested. Funny how it goes.
Mike
Getting trains running as quickly as possible is what keeps me motivated and building. Obviously for you too! Great job Mike!
That is so true. We all want to have fun !!
It's always satisfying to run trains, even when nothing is complete. Great progress, Mike
Thanks so much George
Mainline up and running! Amazing how satisfying trains running is! Thanks Mike!

Nice you got them running so quickly with what looks like little trouble! I guess thats the combination of skill, practice and Kato! Very nice, Mike!
I think so. I have built over 25 layouts in many scales and I must be addicted to the building process
Coming along nicely , looking forward to seeing you build the mining scene . Thx for the vid. - Ken
Thanks Ken. It will be like Christmas when I start to get structures out !!

Well Done Mike, it's looking like a train room for sure now. You have build 2 layouts now while I am still trying to finish my layout plan.
Oh well , it is not a race , it is a hobby !!
It is great to see trains running again, Mike. And you have a lot more content to work through, so I will be here for all of it, David.

is it going to be set in the 50s again or have some more modern features as well?
Looking great Mr Mike !! So may I ask how far apart your feeders ended up ?
Some are about 10 feet apart on the main. Thanks Ron.

Holey smokes Mike, 4 weeks from empty room to trains running over the entire layout. Unbelievable. Gratz.

I would love to see Australia but I do not like to fly in todays world. ! 😘

Nope, I do not run unrealisticly long trains on my layouts.
