Ho George, I am afraid that would be a little longer conversation. They each bit different, and I know many different photographers who love one for the other. Since Luminar AI and Luminar 4 is now retired (not supported), I would suggest you to go for Luminar NEO if you planning to purchase the application.

I love this module in Luminar, but it shouldn't be called "color harmony." It should be called something like, "color enhancement." "Color harmony" is dealing with color schemes like, complementary, analogous, monochromatic, etc. Luminar should add a true color harmony module that deals with color schemes like the color scheme filter in Topaz Studio 2, a vector scope with all of the color schemes that you can visually edit towards, and something similar to "selective color" ( which has way more control than color balance) to alter colors and tones .
