Good video and a very interesting insight. It shows all of the time and hard work to get as good as you are. Your warm-ups were pretty impressive...I think I might start using some of them. I notice you are still using a foot stool. Do you ever use a guitar support? I'm old, but my back would be in agony playing that much with a foot stool. I think it takes great posture for it to work.

How long do you practice in a single session before taking a break? Could you please share some tips and exercises to prevent back pain (especially lower back) and tendonitis in fingers?
I usually practice 30 minutes, then I take 5 minutes break, then 30 minutes again and then a longer break. I repeat that process 2 or 3 times and then take a rest of couple of hours and continue the same. Thanks for the suggestion I will do my best to make that video and explain. For now I can tell you to relax your body and your hands. Try to always sit straight!😊
