UD-1 Duey - Hellishcopter MkII

All Vanilla parts!
Improvement over my Hurly Bird. The Hurly had a stunted range, so I did what anyone would do, replaced all the original parts with fuel tanks. This craft also uses lower weight parts all around, such as wheels instead of girders for skids.
In addition to these improvements, I've added jettisonable fuel tanks and filled them until the Duey was at Maximum takeoff weight.
The mass is such that I need to get a running start with the external tanks full, turn it from a VTOL to an STOL. The mission is to fly to the nearby mountains and back, so some sacrifices are made.
The first half of the video is with the tanks, the second is without, and I try pushing the maneuverability of the craft.
