    Hello Nicole...thanks for sharing this video with us. Central America is beautiful but nothing beats the Caribbean ( las terranas ) it just looked so peaceful there .

It is industrial and technological development make it a metropolis with an extraordinary quality of life, as well as an interesting cultural, gastronomic and entertainment offer, so if you are looking for what to do whether is day or night, rest assured that in Monterrey you will need extra days to continue exploring and will not run out of options, it has a warm weather, here you can find a lot of outdoor advetures, museums, mountains, cascades, caves, magic towns, so if you have plans to come, feel free to be in touch and I will glad to help you anytime

    @Nicole so Happy for you !! I'm sure your enjoying Merida. It's definitely hot & humid there .. much more than Las Terrenas. Merida is a dessert climate which is dry. I couldn't live in Merida because of the heat,too much for me.. But, sure is beautiful! And the food is amazing!!
    If you like, I can introduce you to a couple which also has a RUclips channel and I believe they are still living in Merida. I know they move around regarding rentals and all.
    They are a really nice couple enjoying the expat experience.
    The Best in future endeavors.. enjoy yourself to the fullest ..stay blessed 🙏🏻💜 🥰

      Hi, Merida is the safest city in Latin America with lots of rich culture and many expats. I love it so far. I'll be exploring another part of the country next week so I'm looking forward to that as well.

      I always fly into Santo Domingo because the flights seem to be the most affordable. From there, you can take a taxi or the bus. It takes 2 hours but the drive is beautiful.

      I know a beginner/moderate amount of Spanish but I am definitely not fluent. I was able to get around comfortably without much confusion. Luckily, I understand much more than I can speak.
