Started doing running inbetween workouts and this work out has really helped me train my leg muscles as it includes a lot of jogging. Thanks to rebecca I ran 3 miles today without stopping

It’s best to mix up your fitness routine - this is how you get optimal results! Vary it up between cardio and strength training
