    I love all your work out videos Rebecca!! I felt so lost and so unsure of how to get back into a workout routine being a stay at home single mom to 3 kids and having no way to get to a gym or go on a run. I've been doing 4 of your workouts every morning for a month And I'm going to add this one too. I feel so much better and stronger already. You make me feel like I can do it and to never give up throughout each work out.

    hey love💕I’m 13 years old and I weigh 8 stones i was wondering how long it would take me to get to 7 stones if I did this once a day every day ? I’ve been watching your videos on XHit Daily and they’ve really helped me get stronger in the past 3 weeks! It’s just I’ve not been seeing a difference for my low belly fat do you think I’m doing something wrong? Please reply❤️

    I've lost tons of weight with your workouts, but sadly gained it back during Christmas and not getting back to it. Now I'm ready to start over and feel great again :)

    Started doing running inbetween workouts and this work out has really helped me train my leg muscles as it includes a lot of jogging. Thanks to rebecca I ran 3 miles today without stopping

    Hey Rebecca! Your workouts are amazing. Thanks to you, I am getting control over my PCOS. 💞Could you please do a lower ab workout which doesn't hurt the back? Mine tends to arch up and I am recovering from a back injury so I haven't been able to work my lower abs too well. 😐

    Hey Rebecca Louise I have a question. I'm a bigger girl how often through out the week should I do cardio and for how long??? Also treadmill and elliptical workout helpful??

      Those are good! Do maybe 20 mins of cardio and 30-40 mins of muscle work outs! Following my calendar would be perfect for you, have you checked it out? Its only 3.99 a month!

    I’m working for a summer body and it’s April I’m hoping that I can do it in time, I really have faith in this like it will work. I’ve been doing the stomach workout from Xhit and it hasn’t done much at all, I think I need more moving and cardio

      Hello It's Jello Abd clean eating, and stress management, and sleeping 8 hours. Those who eat badly, are stressed constantly so cortisol gathers in the stomach, and don't sleep enough - it's science proven they will gain fat especially belly fat.

      It’s best to mix up your fitness routine - this is how you get optimal results! Vary it up between cardio and strength training
