    如果没有厨师机,揉面不需要一两个小时,像中国的馒头一样,揉均匀就好了。没有烤箱,可以尝试用电饭煲烤,有网友用这个配方在电饭锅里烤,效果也很棒☺请问你们喜欢什么样的面食?哪个面食是不常见但可能好吃的呢?

    我没想到这么多年我竟然用最简单的配方做出了最好吃的面包。我用的全麦面粉,调整了一下水面比例,依旧很完美,谢谢分享

    今天跟著做了、材料全-半、用法國麵粉、鹽改1G、
    +核桃+龍眼乾+萊姆酒葡萄乾=45升烤箱(放中層)->烤溫35分鐘.
    用速發酵母粉量->要÷2
    表皮酥脆、內裡柔軟、越嚼越香、回甜.
    非常好吃、連家人都說好吃、完全不夠吃...

    我今天做了!成功哦!我用了一半的材料做的!我是用手揉的面包。烤到一半的时候才想到放一碗水在烤箱里面。还是有脆脆的外皮。第一次试就成功,太开心了!谢谢小胡!

    My mom watches all of your videos and she is definitely a fan. She loves your Chinese accent. We made your European bread today and it was a SUCCESS. I think the 15 g of yeast allowed it to rise enough in 40 minutes instead of other recipes that require 3-5 hours of dough rise. The bread was indeed crispy outside and soft inside.

      畢竟人家也是要生活,我不好說什麼;但有機會吃到很道地、又在家附近的好麵包,每次發薪水就支持一下。

    食谱(4人份) :
    高筋面粉 630g (也可用面包粉)
    盐 18g (不同品牌的盐,咸度不一样,请根据自己用的品牌调整用量)
    糖 30g
    酵母(高活性干酵母)15g
    水 450ml
    橄榄油 50 ml (也可选用味道清淡的其他植物油)
    果仁 100-200g (可根据个人喜欢调整)

      @@WhosHU 澳洲坚果可导致虚脱,肌肉痉挛以及瘫痪。其他坚果对狗狗来说也不好,坚果里有很高的磷含量有可能导致肾结石,应尽量避免。花生酱是一个例外,不过如喂食花生酱,应选用有机无糖花生酱。

    今天趁天氣好有陽光 ,把份量減半配合家用的中型烤箱,用手簡單揉勻而已,結果非常的成功,應該是我做歐包以來最簡單但最好吃的食譜了,謝謝。

    我跟着做了,非常好的又非常简单的一个面包食谱。 I have tried this and my bread came out really nice. Crunchy outside but soft inside. And most importantly it's super easy and zero failure rate. Dun go try and error on others recipe. Just use this u will be very happy.
    Just that my weighing matching couldn't weight 15g of yeast so I converted and use in tsp. I used 5 tsp.

    Omg thank you so much for this recipe. This is the 1st ever bread I have baked in my lifetime. It's so easy yet soooo gooood! I cut 20% of your all ingredients but it still turned out too giant for my oven and barely fit my baking tray. Luckily it turned out just fine! You're genius!

    很喜歡歐式麵包純粹的麥香,清爽無負擔,今天用這個配方+葡萄乾和肉桂粉,皮脆芯軟肉桂香,超級好吃,重點是簡單0失敗率,使用麵包機揉完麵直接倒入吐司模,完全不沾手😄

    I just made half portion of the bread, using all purpose flour and bread machine to knead the dough. It is very good and easy to make, thank you!

    开头说的没错!那种吐司在欧洲真的没人吃,真正欧洲的家庭面包超好吃,一开始不习惯,后来越吃越香,现在完全爱上这种面包

    家人分享给我之后立即上手做了~ 第一次发酵温度太低(室温23℃),效果并不好。第二次我把面团放进不加热的烤箱里,下面放了一大碗热水,发酵后变得超级大大~ 减了3g盐,烤出来很美味!感谢!

    I tried it today. It came out fantastic! Only problem is 450 ml water is too much. I have to add more flour to make the dough manageable. But the result worth to try.👍

    照着这个做的面包很不错哦,操作简单,外脆里软,我用手揉面揉了半个多小时才到位。另外因为水份比较多,面团很黏,所以最后造型的时候要多沾点手粉。谢谢小胡的方子!

    Hello! Thanks for this video! I’ve tried making it and my family love the bread. Just want to ask a few questions to make sure I’m doing it right and get as close as the original taste.
    A) the dough is still a bit sticky, hence I added more flour and knead again, to make it less sticky. Is this the right way? Or it should be sticky when we set to proof?
    B) my bread is a bit hard on the outside but soft on the inside. Is this supposed to be like that? Or it’s supposed to be crispy and flakey on the outside? I did place a plate of water in the oven during baking
    3) I would like to give the bread to my frds two days after baking. Is there a suggested method to keep these bread so that they could stay as fresh as possible? I tried leaving them outside for two days(unsliced) and they turned a bit drier.

      I made the bread and leave outside for 2 days. Then I pop the rest into the fridge (not freezer) and finish it within 1 week (toast before eating) and the bread still taste good. If you want to keep bread longer for long time consumption, you have to slice them and wrap them well before put in freezer. Hope this helps.

    Thanks for the recipe! The texture everything turned out to be what I want and the steps are so simple. Previously, I tried the method with poolish and the outcome wasn't perfect like this yet the steps are complicated! Will try again with wheatflour next round :)

    回国之后想念欧洲的面包。北京有一个不错的德国面包房,叫德南面包房。自己家里没有烤箱没有机会做面包,但是还是非常喜欢欧包的味道!

      你是对的,每种烤箱都不一样,如果微焦的话,下次可以调低一点温度,延长烤的时间。

      @@painless1991 Hi I'm also from Singapore. Do u follow Xiao Hu's ingredients exactly? I did but my dough is quite sticky (All Purpose Flour or Bread Flour also the same), is it I must adjust the water if I use different flour (I use 450ml warm water)? Xiao Hu's dough doesn't look so sticky and can use knife to draw pattern; I draw and the dough sinks abit. Any advice? Thanks.
