Me being a history nerd, and me also trying not to sound like an um actually, here I go. I just wanted to say, that the British did not win the battle of the Somme, and sure, tanks scared the Germans, but they were slow, weak, and easily broke down, especially in the muddy Somme battlefield. Their first use, tho, was a Cambrai, where even though they didn’t do the greatest, and a lack of coordination cost Britain the battle, it was still a important battle, showing the potential of tanks.

These videos aren't meant to be disrespectful. In fact most people in the fandom are really into the history and these videos are in a way a means of tribute... after all someone did spend days drawing and animating the videos not to mention that everyone who makes a gacha react video is spending a lot of time making their Countryhuman characters alongside finding videos like these to use.
The fandom, if anything, is honoring history, even if it isn't in the most direct way possible. Everyone acknowledges the fact that people died, millions did, and the world will never forget that. But as time moves on we should be able to use different forms of media to educate people on history.
