First of all, I would like to start off by saying thank you for all the knowledge that you put out there to everybody. I got my E4 6000 XP and December per other peoples recommendations 10,000 W of solar is recommended so that’s what I have. All of my parameters are correct and not exceeding the limits Every single time my unit gets close to 7000 W of PV input the unit starts screaming. Can you do a video bringing in that much Solar according to signature Solar this is a problem that they are starting to see and do not know what the problem is. They are sending me out a new unit , thank you for your help if you can
I have this issue with my 6000xp when it's approaching 7000w of incoming solar. PV voltage all within acceptable range. Did you ever hear what is causing this issue.
Great video!! Is there a setting to be able to go into grid bypass if needed? I have one unit, jut purchased another because I was getting an overload warning. I am connected to the grid but I do nit yet have any solar panels Because of the rules of my community, lots of hoops to jump through. For now this is a home backup. That is why I am asking. Ron M.
I requested a setting that would allow grid bypass when the EPS switch was turned off. I believe it made the cut off and may be in the works. You can always switch the Discharge cutoff to 100% or voltage to 56.5v. You can message EG4 they may know of an easier method or setting.
Thanks again! I have to be more patient
Thank you. I needed a video idea.

My Solar array maxes out a 7,000 watts during this time of year. I would love to have more solar.
What happens if you reduce your array size by disconnecting a few panels.

Can you make more "fan diverters". I will be installing two which will be close toghther and having an air diverter like yours would help me a lot.
You can buy them on Amazon or Local big box store. HVAC vent deflectors.
