I quit for 6 months, then I smoke for 6 months. Taking another break starting tonight. I hope I'm done forever this time. Even when it's tough, have faith and push forward. Never stop trying
U have to break the habits so that as ur trying to quit smoking it becomes easier. That’s how I’m down 2 cigarettes a day until I stop completely. U gotta name ur cigarettes like for instance, the coffee cigarettes the after u eat cigarettes the bathroom & the best one.....the after sex cigarettes LoL but if u can stop them one by one I guarantee u will STOP ! godsweep M ...it pains me to say this as I need to do research myself but I have been hearing about a lot of people being helped w bad physical symptoms and diseases by going to a carnivorous diet. I don't even know how they do it yet as I don't relish eating 'much' meat for the morality issue. And I do feel better sometimes for eating some as much as I hate to admit. I hate the factory farming horrors too so you also may want to check out how it has been helping people ( I've seen a few on my YT feed ). and maybe the source too if that mattered in the resolution of their ailment. I do know there are some places that do say they slaughter humanly...hope it is true but it will be more expensive as well. Anyway, I hope you find help for your issues and that the meat industry can get a much needed makeover that would benefit both sides. Call upon the Lord and He will guide and give wisdom.

godsweep M ...it pains me to say this as I need to do research myself but I have been hearing about a lot of people being helped w bad physical symptoms and diseases by going to a carnivorous diet. I don't even know how they do it yet as I don't relish eating 'much' meat for the morality issue. And I do feel better sometimes for eating some as much as I hate to admit. I hate the factory farming horrors too so you also may want to check out how it has been helping people ( I've seen a few on my YT feed ). and maybe the source too if that mattered in the resolution of their ailment. I do know there are some places that do say they slaughter humanly...hope it is true but it will be more expensive as well. Anyway, I hope you find help for your issues and that the meat industry can get a much needed makeover that would benefit both sides. Call upon the Lord and He will guide and give wisdom.
