Class #219 - "Carve, Stamp, Color" with Lisa Thorpe

Create your own pattern stamps to use again and again on fabric and paper. Thorpe will teach how to carve both simple and elaborate repeat pattern blocks to use as focal points or borders in your fabric art and quilting. Learn how to colorize your designs using Derwent Inktense colored pencils making the design possibilities endless with the unique and personal stamp blocks. The morning will be devoted to designing and carving up to six repeat pattern blocks in three sizes. Then the afternoon we will be printing and learning to color on fabric with the Dewent Inktense pencils to cap off the day.
