    日本人の大学生です。
    TOEICのリスニングを勉強しているときに、なんとなくこの動画を開いてみました。日本語を勉強されている外国の方のコメントを見て、私も英語の勉強を頑張ろうと思いました。しかしながら、今はもう夜更けなのでとりあえず寝ようと思います。その前にこのコメントを打っている際に便意を催したので先にそちらを解決したいと思います。
    みなさん、言語学習頑張っていきましょう。
    さて問題です。私はこれから何をするでしょう。

    Even Japanese people find it difficult.
    I'm Japanese, but I can't fully input the contents of this conversation into my head, so I felt that the key was to take good notes.

    I'm a native Japanese speaker, but I did find one funny thing in the sentence that was played in this question.
    It's the part where he says, “~するんですか".
    It's strange to use it in this context.
    The correct answer is "~するのですか"
    For example, if you say "明日卒業するんですね," you can use it.
    But when you use it in a context like this one, it makes me think you're a little bit stupid (it's perfectly fine to the extent that foreigners make mistakes. I rather admire you for being able to speak so well).
    That's the only thing that bothered me.

    • @ryanboisselle8094
      @ryanboisselle8094 2 года назад +7

      According to my wife, it's the similarity in the options you have to choose from when it comes to the reading portion. The listening portion is not too difficult.

    • @balladewilliams
      @balladewilliams 2 года назад +7

      I'm half Japanese. To me this seems tricky because the correct answer tends to hinge on just one turn of phrase that you have to be able to understand. It's often right in the middle of the conversation and sometimes it's short and it's easy to miss. By the end of the passage, unless you understood that one phrase in the middle, none of the other information helps. My vocab is like low N2 so I don't even understand half the words. But I've grown up listening and speaking the language with relatives all my life, so just hearing that one phrase tends to be enough, especially since there's furigana for the hard vocab here.

    Hi ! I have an odd problem. I think it's because of I watched tons of animes, I can understand the main idea of conversation between speakers and can (probably) answer the questions. But I "definitely" can't read and understand anything about answers. What do you recommend me to do ? Should I learn something like katakana and hiragana ? Or should I also learn kanjii too ? Thank you for your interest

    • @sunandmoon2019
      @sunandmoon2019  4 года назад +5

      Actually, many anime fans share this problem (especially those from non-kanji using area). Many of them may pass N5/N4 after they know hiragana (getting high marks may be difficult for this type of learners, but a pass is an achievable goal)
      If you want to try N3 or above, you definitely need to learn all of them (hiragana,
      katakana and kanji).
      To begin with, try to remember hiragana in a way that you enjoy. First, google a nice hiragana chart (a good looking, and well organized one to ensure that you are willing to read it again and again) Second, find a most comfortable way to learn it (e.g. copying anime opening lyrics, write down your favorite characters' name...)
      ^V^ Hope that you can enjoy your Japanese learning journey
      Edit: There is a hiragana worksheet in the description in this video. It may help you learn how to write hiragana.

    I'm Japanese, but it is difficult for even a Japanese person to get a perfect score on this test if he/she does not listen carefully. ☺️
    It is a difficult test that you might make a careless mistake if you take it lightly just because it is your native language❗️
    If you can listen to this with ease, your Japanese listening comprehension must be better than Japanese❗️ 😂
    I often take the TOEIC and TOEFL exams, and I always wonder, "What does an English listening test sound like to English speakers?".
    I think I understand that now. 😂
