Definitely, when I was at the old place, the basement gym got so hot due to no central AC In the house, I’d just do dumbbell workouts upstairs next to the window unit 😂
Bro! SOLID WORK! So so many things you can do with dumbbells, especially those sexy powerblocks lol huge fan of the unilateral floor press! Going to add to my push day!
@@GoreckiFit the most versatile piece. Tons of exercises with them! I had powerblocks and a bench for a month before I got everything! Had great workouts!
Where are those Real nice fixed Dumbbells U bought. I have to admit, I hate powerblocks. Please know that this is not a jab at U, but I want to understand why, why people would use the powerblocks. I know a lot of people say they like powerblocks but I don't get it. They are so awkward and clunky and not even shaped like a dumbbell. I've never understood the attraction to them, it's like lifting with a toolbox in each hand and doing exercises. Help me understand about the toolbox powerblocks. Take Care Use those nice ones,
You’ve got great points because they are definitely clunky and awkward to use especially when you get up there in weight. PowerBlocks just has a good reputation and if you don’t have a lot of space, you can get a lot of weight and be able to change it relatively quickly. I prefer to use my other dumbbells but for this video purpose, I wanted to use the adjustable ones since that’s what most people use or something similar. The thing I don’t like about PowerBlocks is you can’t drop them, otherwise you can break them but I’ve always been careful. So yeah, besides the small footprint compared to a full set, quick changing cause it uses a pin that can pop in and out fast and that it has a great record of quality over time, that’s really it. Some people will never like them and it’s completely understandable because we are all different. My gf bought me these for a bday gift so I try and use them here and there but I do love my fixed set and will always opt to use them unless I’m trying to do a video like this.
Solid DB without. Nice resource for someone looking for a DB only workout.
Thank you!! Just wanted people to see you can get a nice workout in with just dumbbells.
Nice! Don't need much equipment to crush those workouts.
Absolutely, just some dumbbells or even a big stone 😂
nice one !
Thank you!!
I laughed out loud when you said it would piss off your shoulders😂😂😂. I felt that one. Great set of exercises man!
😂 yep… you definitely get it 🤣
It's definitely nice to have loaded home gym, but this is a great reminder that you can get it in with just a pair of dumbbells too! Nice video 👍
