@amine3864 3 supports isnt meta, I keep beating triple support with 222. It's all about canceling out their ults with DPS that can do it. It's also about out living their ults. Without their ults, they are not winning team fights. Or shouldn't be. A balanced team losing to triple support says more about the DPS than anything; although everyone needs to do their part.
@amine3864dive is FAR from unplayable. I just picked up Magik and I'm killing it. She is very fun and usable. DD can still run lobbies, spiderman is still an annoying little A hole. The game is in a fair place, but 3 sup is still annoying sometimes.
He needed other buffs, honestly I’m pretty disappointed. I would have preferred them giving him a 25-30 heal per hit right click or reducing soul bond cd. Hes in a horrible horrible place still yet in the best place hes ever been

Bucky it's fine, as a dive tank I used to hate him, but then I realized it's not that hard to adapt to him as it is to other counters. Hela in the other hand, another patch she goes untouched. I'll bet anything she's the true Zhiyong main. Also it's weird Phoenix got nerf her hp, when yeah, you can say her survibility could be a bit of a issue, but the reason why everyone think she's broken is the absurd amount dmg she can do, aswell as Hela.

Still think hulk should gain a passive called "The Angerier , the Stronger!", where the more damage he gets dealt the angerier he gets and he deals more damage and damage reduction buffs. But once he is no longer in combat, he slowly calms down losing his anger. Would be lore accurate for Hulk.

I’m confused with the changes and some of the changes for some of the characters don’t feel that impactful. No widow rework, Thor ult needs work, the poke characters need some adjustments (only Phoenix got adjusted), gambits ult is still the make or break for the match (his neutral is fine the way it is)

The storm buffs with the rogue and Adam buff are enough to make me look at this patch as a w patch Also keep in mind for storm that damage boost nerf only affects the passive not the goddess boost

Storm is there to help her team and help everyone deal more dmg.. and the overshield is absolutely trash. 25% converted on 50 dmg.. yeaaah, that's not gonna cut it lmao.

Triple support is even stronger now, and even as a Mantis main I will say I want that comp buried. I'm also completely indifferent to Thor and Rogue changes, I just can't get into brawl tanks. Overall just not super impressed with the patch.

Why did the buff psylockes ult in the first place if they were going to nerf it for 3 seasons in a row. Nobody asked for it we just want to play as a sneaky backline ninja assassin without getting completely annhilated in 0.5 seconds by op supports and poke heroes that have way too much damage, cc and sustain.
I would sooner have Psylockes ultimate be nerfed to hell if it meant her season 0 damage and kit could return. Most Psylocke lords I have seen are doing nothing but farming their Ults and not even really trying to kill with her base kit at all.

I suppose their approach to adressing triple support comps is to have DPS charge their ults faster as triple support can match the cadence of dps and tank ults right now. Playing with 2 dps will net you greater opportunities in the long run... in theory at least.
@sparingpickle4918 just gonna ignore the "in the long run" part? Let's just do simple maths. Supports need on average 4k charge per ult. Let's also be generous and assume that they get there at 100% efficiency despite that not being the reality. DPS now need on average 3k charge. Let's start after the first ult. The next ult for supports comes at 8k charge and dps at 6k charge. The third ult at 12k charge and 9k charge respectively, meaning that by the third support ult rotation, dps will already have their 4th ult. This is all not even counting vanguard ults. So what's the composition? 1 tank, 2 dps, 3 supp? 1 tank could not hold the line or create enough space against 2 dps raining down ults like that. You would have to make concessions and go 2 tanks if you want to have any footing with 3 supps who can't use their ults to create space, because they need to be wary of dps gaining their ults way quicker. This is all just theory tho

i dont think hela is that strong, like she is strong, but as long as you know keep her pressured she cant do shit, unlike pheonix who has the best duelist mobility and can take off angles and flanks and destroy your back line, and at least pheonix got that health nerf
They should give her different gun settings permanently like old punisher team up that let her fire semi auto, phoenix healing bullets, maybe add more like vulnerability bullets or poison bullets. Give her an SMG or two. An electric ability on her batons.
Hulk needs a buff, again if they gave him a stun bar that overtime builds up makes him immune to stuns (similar to how you can’t stun thing in his charge) then that would lowkey make bro pretty solid.

No. One of the things I don't like about overwatch is that you can go an entire round of domination and not get your ultimate. Changes like this would just make the game move slower and feel less exciting and I really like the pace at which characters get their ultimate overall in this game.

Its fine when you are a support or dps far away but as a tank that has to solo tank often im already dealing with so many things and on top of that i have to always be stressed out about an MK ult literally every team fight.

Having trouble diving her? Its part of her kit now, and she can now be offed if thrown an ult directly. The shield doesn’t protect her as much against ults, more so against dives which is good.

250 is massive if you aren’t a noob. A lot of the dive characters have a max 250 damage combo. Why 275 is such a big deal. NOOB.

I’m confused with the changes and some of the changes for some of the characters don’t feel that impactful. No widow rework, Thor ult needs work, the poke characters need some adjustments (only Phoenix got adjusted), gambits ult is still the make or break for the match (his neutral is fine the way it is)
Thor out really needs work but for some reason I get the vibe they don’t want to actually touch the ult itself, but the time to charge they’re willing to mess with
The storm buffs with the rogue and Adam buff are enough to make me look at this patch as a w patch
Also keep in mind for storm that damage boost nerf only affects the passive not the goddess boost

@NoxHeliosThe Rogue and Adam stuff looks cool I'll give you that. But nothing for Hawkeye, Hela, and Gambit, and buffs for star lord and punisher ults is insane to me. Triple support is even stronger now, and even as a Mantis main I will say I want that comp buried. I'm also completely indifferent to Thor and Rogue changes, I just can't get into brawl tanks. Overall just not super impressed with the patch.
@alexspencer4772 thats just you, also you ignoring the fact faster dps ults means charging ult faster than supports aka triple support becomes an actual hinderance since dps will always win in ult ecom, hela is not that strong, especially if you can pressure her and force her to bird and hide, pheonix was a def problem but the health nerf will hit hard in actual gameplay, hawkeye i agree needs to get that headshot damage nerf and especially that ridiculous ult of his, gambit is fine other than the fact he deals absurd amounts of damage and still really strong but not problematic, loki which is not getting talked about is the one that concerns me, loki after his ult buff gets ult too fast, sometimes a loki can get his 2 times before his second support, i saw it and its broken, a good loki with no pressure is free game, well i see the dev visions with the buffs and nerfs, their way of doing balance is not intuitive to a lot of people but when you actually widen your lens to how team fights and gameplay and match up works you will see what they going for, still there is always that odd buff/nerf thrown in there that even i dont understannd, but from how they did it with thor, could be soft hints/pushes of rework.
i’ve always said Adam should’ve had a passive similar to Luna. just a passive speed buff, but flying is definitely better

Why did the buff psylockes ult in the first place if they were going to nerf it for 3 seasons in a row. Nobody asked for it we just want to play as a sneaky backline ninja assassin without getting completely annhilated in 0.5 seconds by op supports and poke heroes that have way too much damage, cc and sustain.
I would sooner have Psylockes ultimate be nerfed to hell if it meant her season 0 damage and kit could return.
Most Psylocke lords I have seen are doing nothing but farming their Ults and not even really trying to kill with her base kit at all.

I suppose their approach to adressing triple support comps is to have DPS charge their ults faster as triple support can match the cadence of dps and tank ults right now. Playing with 2 dps will net you greater opportunities in the long run... in theory at least.

Let's just do simple maths. Supports need on average 4k charge per ult. Let's also be generous and assume that they get there at 100% efficiency despite that not being the reality. DPS now need on average 3k charge.
Let's start after the first ult. The next ult for supports comes at 8k charge and dps at 6k charge. The third ult at 12k charge and 9k charge respectively, meaning that by the third support ult rotation, dps will already have their 4th ult.
This is all not even counting vanguard ults.
So what's the composition? 1 tank, 2 dps, 3 supp? 1 tank could not hold the line or create enough space against 2 dps raining down ults like that. You would have to make concessions and go 2 tanks if you want to have any footing with 3 supps who can't use their ults to create space, because they need to be wary of dps gaining their ults way quicker.
This is all just theory tho

No. One of the things I don't like about overwatch is that you can go an entire round of domination and not get your ultimate. Changes like this would just make the game move slower and feel less exciting and I really like the pace at which characters get their ultimate overall in this game.

Its part of her kit now, and she can now be offed if thrown an ult directly. The shield doesn’t protect her as much against ults, more so against dives which is good.
As a dive tank, her shield it's okay now, it's not that broken. Ig is annoying, but possible to adapt
