I've learned another great way of getting the diamond mesh fencing looking so much better than I could before. It seems so logical when I watch you putting the metal bar through and using it to attach it uniformly, yet I've never thought of it before. Great technique, it looks amazing.👌❤️
I haven’t seen Vila Praia De Âncora in 50 years. I was hoping you would show more of it. My parents dropped me there when I was 7 years old and off to America they went. I lived by the church in a convent with nuns and other children who had also been left behind by immigrants who would take off to a better life. My parents returned when I was nine. I never forgave them. Vila Praia de Âncora is beautiful, the nuns not so much, mean as hell.
I was so happy to see an easy chair to relax and a nice kitchen. I was worried about you not having a place to rest and eat after all the work. So enjoy your journey.😊.
Joaquim, to get better, healthier eggs, chicken must have lots of grass and small pebbles. I just noticed that you are enclosing them in concrete. I guess you may get better results if you situated your chicken coop somewhere grassy.
Just a thought from childhood! When you have one door on the nesting boxes like that, enterprising chickens still on the nest- or broody chickens who don’t want to give up their eggs- can easily fly out of the boxes! Best to have them well contained in the yard with high fences- not outside the high fenced yard! 🤔🤣 Otherwise- need to regularly trim feathers from both wings !
Love the pyr dog😍 I've had one adopted when he was 7. He lived on my farm together with a Polish Tatra dog among the pigs, chickens, geese and lots of other birds. He got to the age of 16 ( also the Tatra got 16 years) was such a great dog, stil miss him❤The dogs had their own woodcabin. They only came inside the house when there were hunters nearby or when there was fireworks. They loved their new lives.
Gas struts ? good bit of lateral thinking . On the duck side of things , any thought on how to stop them laying their eggs wherever they want ? or are you prepared to go hunting every morning😊
If all goes according to plan, the chicken won’t go into the duck house and vise versa. All birds prefer a secluded, private spot to lay but the plan is to provide plenty of foraging area without thick brush where they could find that spot. Wish me luck 🍀
Thanks Joaquim for your vid 😇💗💗💗 love and bless you guys.

@@Joaquim_Conde I had the same thought. I had mink and pine marten slip through that no problem.

Are you concerned about mongoose and other weasels getting the chickens
Red Robertson screws, I thought that was a Canadian thing, I know the States dont use them
What time do you plan to start building new house from old walls? Cheers
Paolo's tractor needs new streering joints and possible bushings, shit could literally happen. 😀
Just curious what is going on with your tent house?
