I think these are PBR, but exclusively designed for C4D in mind for third-party render engines like Redshift, Arnold and Octane. If you are thinking to use them in Blender, you may need to setup a shader from scratch with PBR images.
@@Ghaffar75001 Though you can easily import these textures as PBR materials into Blender with node wrangler with one click, I don't think he is just selling textures. You'll have to buy the whole PLUS membership even if you just want a part of it.

These assets are only downloadable for Cinema 4D at the moment. But we are looking at ways to support Blender and other DCCs soon. Stay tuned!
