HOW TO LACE VANS (STANDARD Way)

I accidentally got a fake pair once, after seeing a super low priced deal and believing it. When I got my vans they were already laced but I was gonna unlace them and search up a tutorial just so if I ever need to relace them I can practice and none were helpful I was literally crying bless you thank you so much you explained it so well and now they look normal

This is very helpful !! Only problem was I had it the wrong way, I was in a rush, and the plastic on the laces had flattened so I had to use a crochet hook to jam it in there😅 Thank you so much for this I’ve been needing to add beads to my laces but I didn’t know how to re-lace my shoes ! ^^

Hey Deiona, the easiest way to do this is to bow the laces as normal, then tuck them behind the vans tongue at the top so they're hidden out of sight! I find the soft lace bows don't bother my foot inside the shoe, but if you're worried about this you could try out lace anchors, they're a great option for securing your laces out of sight :)

Hey! Thanks for your comment! Personally I find the quality of Vans to be great, and the newest pair I bought 6 months ago came in a lovely shoebox with nice tissue paper and branding. You're right about the laces not being tied, which is a real pain. I'm sorry yours felt cheap, did you buy them from the official Vans site?

@@wearablyweird I worked out why they are rubbish. I used to get Van Pros. They are for skateboarding and are far better quality. The normal Van's are just fashion shoes and are very flimsy. The difference is huge in comfort and durability
