How to bake a Chocolate Pound Cake:

Having the experience of listening to this for the first time, for me, is like the first time I listened to ariel pink back in 2013, never heard nothing like him before and I've felt I reached some kinda of music peak of weirdness. These days my musical taste has become very abstract, and by abstract I mean things like machine girl, nanoray and all of these anime like drum n bass artists that if you search deeper it takes you to a scp universe kind of sound. But I was feeling really out of earth and kinda numb, because these songs were giving me so many inspirational material to write that I was kinda trapped in my own unrealistic imagination full of ancestral entities and plots about the beginning of the universe, so I guess, thanks puzzle for pushing me back to reality, but still an ominous reality that gladly doesn't feel too real

Honestly though this music video and song scratch my brain and bring me comfort.
I kind of interpret this song to be about that feeling of being left out of the loop and sort of disconnected from others. I also get the idea that it’s about the pressure to do what everyone’s telling you to do or expecting you to do. I could be projecting but honestly it would be kinda cool to know what Fletcher intended this song to convey.
