Having heart break is truly awful, seeing someone in such distress , heartbreak in my life i've gotten really Ill, to the point I can't do every day things and just cry constantly. Breaking up with someone you love with all your heart ; There's nothing you can do to rectify the situation and there's nothing you can do to get them back. This is probably one of the most awful things i've gone through in my life.
As much as I hate this show. I feel sorry for Sam, because he actually cried properly instead of just the occasional fake sniffing and pretend tears coming out of the eyes.

I’m tired of men like this. HE was the one that wanted to go on a break, HE slept with Mimi despite them saying that it wouldn’t be anyone they know, Tiff forgives him but let Tiff make a single mistake (which isn’t really a mistake) and Sam can’t forgive her. TIFF was right to leave him!

Sam won't cry like that again for any other girl like Tiff because the girls now are too hard and don't care. So even if he meets someone new, he will be cheating and cheating at some point. With Tiff there was proper true love. He realised he was bad and he hated himself. Only Tiff made him cry as she knew he loved her. So she played her last powerful card and left him for good. The message is don't mess with Tiff . She will make you cry.
