I am thinking of getting a new phone for my 360 booth.which would you recommend. Iphone 14pro max or iphone 15Plus ?
1st off I wanna thank you for these videos because they truly are a great help. My question may be stupid, but I just wanted to ask just in case. Does it matter whether the iPhone is upright or sideways when in use on the photo booth? Or is the position going to be based off the template structure being used for the event?
I recommend shooting a portrait mode while having your phone in the vertical position

Great work, you've been a MASSIVE help to us.. we've got our 360, a 90 day free subscription to Gruvy, and need a newer iPhone (limping thru testing w/a 10!). Is there any reason we would have to get a phone w/a data plan if we always had a hotspot w/us?
Throughout my journey I have noticed that cellular data coming from your device is more reliable than a mobile hotspot because it's not pinging the signal from one device to the other. I also recommend using an iPhone 12 and above.
I also have an iPhone X and it’s kinda shaky I thought it was my booth then I tried with my brothers Samsung s20 plus built in camera in slow mo and the video is smooth imma have to get a new one 😢

What's the oldest ipad you used for sharing station? Does it require a lot of processing power? Does it need to be ipad air or is a gen 6 ipad OK?

So if I purchase an iPhone 13 that will be dedicated to my 360 booth, should I give that phone a number and its own line or just purchase the iPhone 13, setup it up and then use my personal iPhone as a hotspot while running the Snappic software?
That all depends on your budget. If I was in your shoes I would use the iPhone 13 for business and personal. Just remember to set your phone to do not disturb during your sessions. When you start getting busy you can always invest on the secondary line.

I'd upgrade to a newer model. Throughout the year wireless carriers sometimes have trade-in promotions. If you can get some money for your iPhone 11 Pro Max from your carrier I would upgrade to the iPhone 13, or iPhone 15 when it comes out.
