    Using a snare stand is exactly what I did. Snagged it for $10 off the fb marketplace and after doing so the rest of the rack became much more stable without the snare/arm attached.

      That’s awesome! It also helped me get the snare at the right height. $10 is a great deal too!

    Hey bro does your bluetooth have light? Mine doesn’t light up even if I am using the bluetooth already, is that normal? Or should I return the module kit?

      Yes, the Bluetooth button should light up when you press it. I think it flashes when trying to connect and remains solid once connected.

      I had the mesh, and believe me when I say it's like chalk and cheese. There's absolutely no comparison. The Nitro mesh sounds terrible. The Max has some awesome sounds in it, and like most modules you have to build user kits, I've built about 16 and they're fantastic compared to the factory kits.

      @@IansDrumsandBass it's way better than mesh was completely trash, but I would say Max is also not that great. I would buy a titan 50 over this Max and it's about same price.

    I am determined to buy one these. Because of the enourmous tax and the economic crisis in my country this kit is worth 2 months of national minimum wage salary, so I want to do my research properly before I invest. I live in an apartmant building so the kit being quiet is very important to me. Do you think that this kit is quiter than most or got any tips so I can reduce the noise a bit ? Thank you.

      Do you have people living below you? If so, they might hear the kick drum. There are ways (search RUclips) to make a sound absorbing platform and that will help a lot.

      @@TrendyTreasureHunter By the way buying just a snare stand alone here would be like buying a whole nitro kit in US as compared to the value of purchase. Why doesn't the pedal head beat with a felt tip?

    • @TrendyTreasureHunter
      @TrendyTreasureHunter 3 месяца назад +2

      You can use the felt end, but it can wear out the mesh head faster. I you use the felt end, I recommend putting an Evans patch in the mesh head to protect it.

      I set mine up using a spirit level on the horizontal cross pieces to mark sure it was level to get the kit to be more secure. Also, just check the rubber boots on the vertical posts some of mine weren't on properly which can cause the rack to wobble.
      I don't use any of the factory kits - I built my own using the user kits available. It's a great kit and I've got it to sound better than my Roland TD11KV which I hardly play anymore. If you want any of the settings I can send you some.
      I found I had to re - tighten all the Allen bolts /screws a few times after a few weeks as the plastic connectors tend to "give" a bit.
      Enjoy!

      @@martindescoteaux9288 From U33 onwards are user kits for the user to build their own custom kits. So you go to U33, Tap voice, hit the snare drum until you find one you like then you push SAVE. You do that with all the pads. If you keep pushing voice, you'll see the different settings come up which you can change.
