Got my copy of Blum book - the author lists what parts of the book are fictionalized on page 220 in the book, which does include the narrative of Bk and his dad driving across the country together. So he doesn't seem to be hiding the fact that parts of his book are made up.
I think Bryan’s phone was actually just in a dead zone during that questionable time.
The corruption in LE is far and wide. There are many innocent people in prison. Sometimes it’s just them going for an easy and seemingly obvious solve.

Blum literally says he has facts he’s sharing that he got before the gag order was in place, so yeah. I would say that’s violating the gag order, but he’s not a party to the gag order so it doesn’t apply to him. He’s using a loophole to get around the gag order and that’s not ok. He says he talked to friends/family of those covered by the gag order to get around the gag order. And that he still has contacts in LE. He’s low key bragging about getting around the gag order. So no, he’s infringing on another person’s rights with his ridiculous book and any money going to support it in my opinion is just wrong. It’s literally supporting him violating another’s rights. Claiming facts, but selling it as a fictional book to further circumvent ethical principals at the very least. But who cares about that? Let’s just line his pockets, saying it’s fine. Let him get rich off of his disgusting behavior.

I’m with you, however I cannot figure he worked alone and imo was hired to participate in this travesty. I also believe that he was being watched by the fbi even before this crime was committed. I don’t know but it makes me sincerely wonder if he has committed other heinous crimes as well.

I promise the state has tons they would never go after the DP without it. We will never know until trial I think the next move is BK trying to make a deal. When my uncle was sentenced to death we had no clue his son was testifying against him and went and took them to the clothes that they barried and everything our mouth dropped. So DP case it the burden of the state to prove it and the state are sly I promise.

@1111TrueCrime it's reality I been through 3 death penalty cases and they don't do DP unless they have certain they can walk not just talk. If I was innocent no way I would sit behind bars and try everything to get it thrown out. I would say let's go now because I know 100% you don't have zero evidence on me. I guess I look through white lens and think I would never sit in jail if I didn't have to.
The State of Idaho has the death penalty for murder, but the State thought the FBI was going to help them since they are the ones who investigated.
The FBI hung them out to dry & don't any evidence to give them.
LE is hiding & protecting the guilty parties.

I feel he was full of crap, and has no idea the real truth is! Actually know one knows the truth! But the killers! Any ways I lost interest in his interview with Nancy because it didn’t sound at all reasonable, and for him to say BK father knew it was him! I can’t wait for us to tear apart his book!

I’m with you Momma D, never have I seen a case such as this, and the things that have gone on and all that’s been done. Now this book…it’s unprecedented. Also fully agree, this book is akin to jury tampering. Also, why is the gag order not applicable to Howard Blum? We know his book is not the truth of what happened, so I guess gag doesn’t apply. Definitely this book spreads lies about Bryan and could certainly influence potential jurors. I’m also quite surprised Mr. Michael Kohberger is not bringing a lawsuit against HB, as Mr. Blum assumes the mind of Bryan’s dad.
I also think Kohberger is innocent and being railroaded here.

I question Payne physically finding the sheath in the bed and I'll tell you why but first I have to say I also question the murders taking place in the house. I think he wrote the sheath into the PCA rather than phyically noticing/finding it in the bed because he descibes the sheath as clean other than the DNA on the snap. His memory should have described a blood soaked sheath. He forgot and went with what he actually viewed which was obviously not a blood soaked bed. One thing never being brought up are crime scene photo's. I don't believe there will be any relevent photo's. Maybe some sketchy ones but I'm willing to bet there are none of the sheath found lying in the bed.

IMO, Sy lost some credibility when Judge Juan Villasenor of Colorado called his data not credible and "junk science" and questioned his credentials as well as other things. This is not the kind of thing he can just explain away or call it an anomaly on his own Podcast when his wife is asking the questions. If he was that credible and confident with his work, he could have replied to the Denver Gazette when the story ran back in October 2022 instead of a waiting over a year. The Denver Gazette reached out to Sy Ray for his comments about the Colorado incident and he declined to comment. Regardless of the previous, the prosecution will have their own cell phone data expert as well.
You can look up the rulings and see 2 of the cases cited against him were CAST, FBI cases. And the 3rd case was upheld. Look up that judges record and disciplinary record. You should look up the facts yourself before deciding what’s credible. He only addressed it on his channel bc he knew everyone was watching because of the Kohberger case. I wouldn’t have addressed that judge and his craziness either.

When you write something, be it a thesis or a reply of fact on YT it is the writer's responsibility to cite their sources and not the reader otherwise it is just an opinion. So you quoted the name of a newspaper and the date of a newspaper article. Oh, and the judge’s name. That’s exactly the definition of an opinion. Somebody with an opinion wrote an article about it. I wouldn’t quote anything like that as a factual source. You’re actually taught in post grad that stuff like that isn’t an actual source, much less one that doesn’t go into the specific reasons why.
You have to actually look at the cases that judge cited yourself, then go read about those cases yourself. If you’d like to actually look into the facts of the ruling, you have to look at the case itself. Not an opinion piece in some kind of newspaper that doesn’t even bother to mention the cases they used against him nor took their time to look into.
