we are 80% with our 18x32 in Nor Cal. We paid ~$50k for pebbletec, salt water system, and sand filtration system. Worth every penny ;)

My 15 x 30 pool with an 6 x 6 hot tub and 6 x 8 tanning ledge in Dallas is costing 100K. Include flatwork around perimeter and sprinkler system repair. They are plastering today and I'll start filling tomorrow!
