How to replace Collins KWM2 filter capacitors Fix hum audio motor boating

Part 2 of the Collins KWM2 repair. This radio has lots of neat problems. Great material for RUclips videos and my learning process. These radios are very desirable amongst collectors. I have never operated these transceivers, but look forward to trying this one out when completed. Many issues to resolve. One step at a time. Soon it will be rocking the airwaves. Part 3 will cover the intermittent issues, plus hopefully find the reason for low negative bias. My plan is to add capability to the shop for these radios, as the need is increasing while repair shops are decreasing. Stick with me thru this process. If you have info to add, please pipe in.
