- Опубликовано: 20 окт 2024
- This Video was mainly Shot during a 7 Days Trip with 2 friends through Switzerland in August 2012. (Thanks to the crew for this great and funny adventure!)
It's the first part of 3 Tricking-Movie Projects we planned to do during these days.
With the Sony fs700 we recorded different Tricking-Moves with 400 frames per second in front of stunning locations and places of interest.
Trying to inspire and show the beauty and variety of this country (and tricking of course).
Don't try this at home! Come to Switzerland :)
Several Moves were landed safely..
uhhh...and and try to ignore the facial expression ;)

After all these years, this is still the best slowmotion tricking video that I know of. The quality, the scenery and the tricks, everything i just superb.
Gabriel Ståhl damn right dude I keep coming back to this video for the excellent song choice and the stellar videography
Why does the camera movement make it look fake? I need answers asked you as your a photo guy
Also blur softness makes it look fake too
One of the best samplers I've ever seen. Beautiful!
I love that the tricks didn't land. It meant the whole video had continuity and when the last move landed it felt like that video had reached its goal.
Good to see that you guys are still going strong! I haven't done any tricking since 2006 myself but you were quite the inspiration in the good old days. Great locations in the vid, solid tricks and good edit overall.
While I understand the concept of only showing the final landing I think it would have been fun to see more of the tricks nailed.
Like the massive backtuck in the end.
Cheers!
This makes me homesick for Switzerland... thank you
O wow. Haven´t seen anything from you in ages. This vid was undoubtedly the most beautiful I´ve seen. With all the different kinds of poses you do, your tricks are perfect to watch in slowmotion. The camera, the locations, the music, the tricks, everything top notch. Looks like a high budget BBC nature documentary,, about tricking.
Can you do an edit with the original florence song and not dubstep?
I personally agree with the artist's choice in regards to the editing out of the landings in this masterpiece!
Who ever was the videoagrapher had some amazing camera movement and angles.
And the editing was superb!
Still watching this so amazing!
wooooow, the ball aerial/sideflip/whatever you want to call it on the bridge, ballsy as hell! thats awesome!
Thank you! :)
Camera: Sony fs700 with the cheap standart objective!
wow! the Sony Fs700 delivers!!! great camera work, locations, and subject! awesome video! More please!
I understand your wish to see the landings...you're not the first ;)
But this Video was done that way to be different and to show the variety/creativity of single tricking Moves. Also it should give a feeling of "flying away" and floating through the landscapes..
Actually in the beginning i did not plan to put any take offs neither.. but i changed my mind during the edit. :)
This is not only tricking this is art!!!! A beautiful video!! Congratulations!!!
This is the most beautiful tricking video I've ever seen, and I've seen a lot. You guys are fantastic for making this, thank you for spreading the beauty of human movement!
Great project. I love seeing tricking shown in new and exciting ways. A+
one of the best tricking videos i've seen beautiful
I agree with Joe Watts. Even though this is an important element for demonstrating the movement I think you made the right call for this video. In the end this has a very artistic effect and feeling. There is great motion through the whole video and almost a story, or song, to the movements. Beautiful work and great tricking!
I have access to a a fs700. Looking at this, I can't to start shooting some slow motion action! Thanks a lot, and this was a great upload.
omg this sampler was beautiful micha!!!!! you most definitely killed it with swag in this!!!! very pretty tricks and scenery! i loved the clarity too!!! idk how you aquired that camera or what bank you robbed, but youre gonna have to make more samplers with it!!! tooooooo dope!!! you win!
Micha wonderful video. Much love from stuttgart.
I'd love to see that aswell (you'll get why in the end) but I gotta say, the video as it is did blow my mind and I'll probably rewatch it quite often.
I don't even trick, I just do parkour. That's why chains of movement (regardless what kind) as long as possible in this kind of high quality slow-motion would be three Christmas gifts in one.
raiz rodeo is one of the cleanest trick I had ever seen
Really nice video, since i discovered 2 years ago, im still watching it
sad that doesnt have the views that it should
You look like Alex D (unless thats a nick name) I love this video, I can't get over how awesome the landscapes were, it was awesome. The single tricks especilly in slow-mo was like I was in a lucid dream seeing the impossible with all the combinations, tricks, slow-mo amazing views was just amazing :D
top work, each shot looks so crisp and the tricks were smooth as! loved it
this is the best freaking video ever created
This is awesome!! I saw this at Loopkicks and had to watch it again! Thank you for the inspiration :)
also, obviously, the tricks, scenery, and filming were fantastic :D
This is freaking spectacular. I too would like to see some damn landings (!) but his comment in reply to you is cool too and love the ideas. Subscribed. Boing.
Thanks, I'm glad to hear it! Good reason enough for me to subscribe! I think I can see what you were aiming to do with that video, but to me every cut in the middle of the movement left me wanting for the rest of the trick... But in all honesty it's an awesome video with a great concept. Good job! :)
Hi Micha, it goes without saying what a perfect piece of work this is! I was wondering by what factor have you slowed the movement down by? (Especially for the front kick at 1.10) A factor of 2? 3? 4? Cheers!
Beautiful Micha!!
that was so cool, eerie even
amazing skill, amazing switzerland!
That webster on the bridge. Forever the best shot. Well done. I'm wondering however - what did you render this in? It looks like you lost a lot of the original quality - some is of course due to youtube, but it looks like it could optain more detail.
this is amazing. beautiful.
Mother of slowmo,! That was intense , thank you
Thats super hyper awesome.
You should make another edit! with all the full length clips! would love to see it
Hey Micha, you passed on TV where I live, that's why I'm here now :D
simply beautiful !!!!
Breathtaking.
its the one that costs $ 8,000? X)
Anways, very inspiring video! Love all the seven lions remixes and florence & the machine so that made the video even better!
Never too late to start! Important is that you have fun while doin' it!! Take your time to learn the moves and don't forget to train basics!
Take care and good luck :)
This is really Awesome video, I love it. :)) Which kind of Asics shoes do you using please ? :)
beautiful tricks and atmosphere.
Any chance you release a version where we can see the whole tricks? Seeing a few landings and a few jumps would be great!
Well maybe that's just me and I'm weird but to me the movement in tricking has a beginning and an end. Yes the twisting/kicking part is important but a big part of the grace of each movement is the way it's landed and how you started it. Also, chaining several tricks is one of the most important aspect of tricking, I for one would be really interested in seeing a beautiful (but still short) combo at 400fps, to see the flow of movement and how each trick influence the next.
amazing... and I mean it actually amazes me. Not just 'amazing'
breath taking...awesome
Please upload this also on vimeo, this camera quailty isnt fully optimized on youtube !
PS: this BLEW MY mind away already in the first 30 seconds.
Video is absolutely mindblowing. BTW: Some prominent trickers to use $10k camera :)
Does anyone know what slow -mo program that was used to make this awesome video?!?!? Please let me know!!!! :)
It looks gorgeous. sick tricks, shot well, beautiful scenery.
But why oh why was the decision made during editing to not show a single landing until the very last one?! It might seem like I'm nitpicking but I feel like, in a five minute video, I only saw one COMPLETE trick. The landing is as much a part of the trick as the takeoff and airtime. Such a shame.
This is incredible.
best video in slow !!!!amazing tricks and scenery!!!
Omg I absolutely loved it! Amazing tricks/locations/shots !
Totally mesmerising.
This is awesome. Amazing skill and well shot!
Some crazy height in here man!
More people need to see this! Great vid, thank you for making this.
Great job guys
This video is awesome and very beautiful =) Magic Moments Tricking =)
I watched this video with this song "Bend Over Wagon Christ" was a nice trip
Do you think grabbing your legs from the bottom is overall better than grabbing your knees or is it just personal preference?
Simply Perfect..
I Love this Editing!!!!!!!
This must be the hundredth time I've watched this
You made my Day Micha !!! und meine Trickingsession heute abend :)
It's like you are swimming in the air!
Well it's a show that shows original videos from various sites of the internet, mostly youtube to show what people can do. It passed on Vlog (name of the show) on TVA (quebec channel)
Awesome !
How does this video not have more views....
Really? Nice...:) Do you know the Programm/Channel?
oh... I just want to watch more...
It's no programm...just a camera that records up to 800frames per second..
The movie was made with 400fps..
Camera: Sony fs700.
I really enjoy with this video!
Micha!! Soo de hammer wie du nach all dene Jahr immer no besser wirsch :) Ei frag hani trotzdem, hesch de Snapu gstande?

How wow this is perfect.
I WAS WAITING FOR SO MANY DAMN LANDINGS, THE LAST ONE SAVED ME FROM TOSSING MY LABTOP! >_>
When did you start tricking, and did you take any martial arts like TKD?
HOLY FUCK NO WONDER ITS SO CLEAR THAT CAMERA IS $8000! LOVED THE VIDEO!
The best video I've seen in a looooot of time! Love it
Hello, I'm going to be near Basel from Feb 5-10; are you all anywhere near there? Or know of any trickers there? Would love to do some tricks in Switzerland while I'm there.

It's in Bellinzona, Castelgrande.
This is the BEST thing I have EVER seen! I absolutely ADORE you! I particularly love the shots at 0:53, 2:02, 3:41 and 4:32! PLEASE MAKE MORE VIDEOS LIKE THIS
so many amazing slow motion
Great stuff guys! Really enjoyed it!
Great!!!! What's your camera man???
simply, GORGEoUS!!!!
subscribed! want to see the 2 other videos!!!
4 words to describe what this was....: Awesome, Incredible, Beutiful and Wow!:D
amazing :D what program do you use to edit??
this is on bilang right now. i cant believe i still check there.
He has plenty of other videos of him tricking normally, this is something different. It's not about what you like, it's that this is more along the lines of art and cinematography, and not a tricking-focused video. Tricking is the medium here, not the subject. Not sure if you understand what I'm getting at.
this is amazing.
So it was recorded at 400fps, then converted to 25, 30, 60fps to make it play slowly. At what frame rate was this video rendered?
