@@naylar1148 seeing this really motivated me. I’m a medical assistant and have been for several years. I’ve debated on moving up to nursing but I’m really into nails and beauty also. I just worry about not being able to make ends meet. I’ve been practicing nails on myself and I have a lot of fun learning and creating. I hope your journey has been going well! 😊
I’ve been doing nails for a year now, doing nails has been a creative outlet for me. Sports wasn’t always my thing and the nail community made me feel like I had a purpose. It allowed me to create art that other get to see, so rewarding.
Been doing nails for almost a year and will graduate from nail school later this year! I have always wanted to do nails but really got passionate a year ago when I started looking for art ideas on instagram and fount so many amazing artists! I just finally got the opportunity to go to school and make my dream come true!
Ashlie D I need to practice more. I think I make nice beads as they are not super runny, nor super powdery. I just need to practice making different sizes. I also should start doing ombré and shaping. Problem is the tips for the nail hand don’t seem to be available separately. I’ll check the local stores if I can’t find it online.
I have never done nails before but watching your RUclips channel videos gave me that love for doing nails and its like am so addicted to your videos. Vee to be honest you got me wrapped around your fingers with your inspiration and I love that because you have unfold a talent that I never knew I had before. Doing nails are very fun and time consuming and I am so excited about starting.
I’m 21 years old, when I was in eight grade I bought a Kiss nail kit & started to do my own acrylics & let me tell you it was a mess 😂 I kept practicing & then suddenly I just stopped. I started going to Nail salons & nail techs I got my nails done until I was 20 then I finally decided to start my nail journey 💖 I’ve been doing my nails since the beginning of this year & I’ve learned so much from you & other amazing nail techs 🤩
I’ve be sen doing nails for 9 years. Ever since I was little I loved nails and would buy the drugstore kits. It wasnt until I found youtube and began my journey. I love nails because it has no body size its all art and beauty. I love it!
I started doing nails June 2019. And the thing that inspires me to do nails is seeing the end results and seeing how happy my clients are at the end. I love making other people happy 😁
I’m self taught and non licensed and I started doing nails in the 90s as a hobby and a way to earn extra money. It allows me to be creative and I love that. Being quarantined has brought the creative juices back to me and now when things open back up I’m going to get my license!
I started doing nails a year ago my husband just bought me a table and a pedicure chair used but I’m starting somewhere. What inspired me is just the art and making my clients feel beautiful! 🥰
I haven’t started doing nails yet, I’m watching all your videos to study and do more research to buy all the items I’ll need. Quarantine and being a perfectionist is what’s getting me into nails! I always admired getting my nails done and carefully watched how my nails lady would do mine and I’m slowly falling in love.
I started my nail journey oct 2019. I finally decided to do my own nails because I’m a perfectionist and I was really dissatisfied with how my nails came out after going to various chop shops. I’ve always been an artsy person so it’s been so therapeutic! 😌
I started doing nails at the end of 2019. I started doing nails because I wasn’t always able to make it to the solan due to work and most of the time I didn’t want to bring my daughter with me. At first I wanted to only do my nails but then I started doing family member’s nails then friends and now I start nail school tomorrow. I’m so excited
I have been doing nails for 9 years. I started nails because I always loved having my nails done and was always drawn to watching every move and I love art! So nails and art it was!
These are beautiful! I've been doing acrylic nails for 5 years. But I've always loved doing nails since I was kid. I used to get my nails done at a salon till i got sick of the cost & scared of sanitation. So i decided to give it go! I know so my nails awful the time. It allowed me to stop biting my own & be creative as well, which I've always been. Now I do everyone's nails for them! I love it!
I've been doing nails for just over a year, I'm self taught and still have a long ways to go! You inspire me to take my work even further! Your amazing!!💖💅
I started doing nails a month ago because I love that it gives you a outlet to be creative while making someone feel better about them selves at the same time watching you and a few other nail you tubers really inspired me to pursue it as a career
Hello I am latina and started doing nails back in 2019. I got inspired from the internet, my family never belived in me but here I am now. I love your videos so much I really appreciate them. And Ithere is a 99.99% chance that I will get chosen, but even if I don't you and your'e videos will still have a special place in my heart. Thank you so muchhhh. XOXOXOXO💘💘
I started fall of 2019 because I loveeeeeee creative nail art designs and can’t find any nail techs who can do it. I decided since I love it so much and wanted to do it for so long I can just do it myself 🙌🏾
I have only ben practicing doing my own nails for a month. I am a makeup artist, so naturally I am drawn to all things beauty & creating. Learning how to do my own nails has always been something I’ve wanted to do. So I thought I’d use this free at home to finally start. I have fallen in love with this art in the short period of time I’ve been doing it. So I decided I want to go to school and get my license! Your Chanel has been extremely helpful through this new journey.
Congrats! 🎊🍾 I always wanted to learn how to do nails, but had after getting my degree I didn’t want to go back to school. Thankfully I was able to do an apprenticeship and learned the basics. I wish I had gone to conventional school as I had to relearn and teach myself nail art and how to use colored acrylic. That being said, I didn’t want to work for anyone else again, and was tired of the corporate world. I love helping people and was in the health field and I wasn’t happy with the nails I would get done and quit my job and dove in full time! It’s been the best profession decision I ever made! Own my home based salon and just became an LLC. God has been great and continues to! Now you have inspired me to push past my fears with art and design. Thank you! 🥰
I’ve been doing nails for 2 years ! I was always creative and fell in love with the art of nails. I also love the feeling of a new set lol it makes us all feel like bad ass bosses 💅🏻✨ congrats on 50 videos 💕
I've been doing nails for 6 months. I've always had a special place in my heart for acrylic nails! I was a stay at home momma so I had to choose a different career for myself that I loved so i got into doing nails. I love making other people feel special and that smile on their face they give you is priceless knowing that you can make someone else feel good.
A girlfriend of mine that I became 23 year friends with sent me a mini set of sinful colors and after that I started looking online to see what polishes were out there and I was hooked!!! That was 9 years ago and 400 bottles later!! Lol We talked and talked about polishes and techniques for those years. She lived in Virginia and I in Texas so we talked on the phone each night and just enjoyed being nail friends!! Now she passed away on March 11th and I have nobody to get excited about my latest polish find or what I tried on my nails. I miss her so dang much!!! She taught me so much about the nail world. I’ve never been so hooked on something like nail polish and all that goes with it!! I just LOVE IT SO MUCH!!!
i started doing my own nails just a year ago. just recently before the quarantine I started practicing on some family members. I do this as a form of relaxation and a hobby. I just love how elegant your hands can look with extensions.
I have been doing nails since 2012. I started doing nails because I couldn't have fun nails in the military. Being able to have fun colors and nail art felt like freedom since I couldn't for 20 yrs. First thing I did after retirement was to do neon green nails. FREEDOM! I got my license in 2015, but only do mine and friends nails. I did do pedicures for elderly folks at a retirement community until I went back to college.
I started doing nails in Sept of 2019. I started doing nails as a hobby to save money and i fell in love with it. So now i am a full time tech. Currently looking for a school to attend.
Honestly I was inspired to save money and thought to give it a try and I absolutely fell in love with it. It’s going to be a year in June and don’t regret it at all. Then finding you on RUclips saved my life !!! 💅🏻💘
I started doing nails September of 2019, after getting my nails done with acrylic for the first time for my 16th birthday, I really enjoyed watching them do my nails and it inspired me to start doing nails.
I only been doing nails about 7 months now . What inspired me was when I went and got my nails done for the first time and how it made me feel. I was like I can do this!! What better way to help someone by putting a smile on their face, help them feel good and use your creativity at the same time. I am still learning and loving every minute of it.
Yayyy happy 50th video🎉🎉 I have been doing nails for about 4 months now. Newbie I know lol, but my cousin inspired me. She went to cosmetology school so she would always practice on me and I decided one day I wanted to practice on her. I became obsessed with nail videos on RUclips and then I finally ordered a kit from amazon. And boom here we are ig@tina._bina
One day I was watching RUclips and came across a video on acrylic nails and thought "I wonder if I can teach myself how to do nails?" Ever since I have been educating myself by watching videos like yours and many other channels and practicing.... that was almost two years ago! Funny thing is I was never interested in doing nails now it's all I do with my time...I absolutely love it! BTW, I turn 50 next month so it's never to late to find your passion and something you love to do! Love your videos and keep on educating us!
I LEARNED TO DO NAILS IN HIGH SCHOOL. I GRADUATED IN 1987. MY INSPIRATION COMES AFTER HAVING THE WEIGHT LOSS SURGERY AND GETTING VERY VERY SICK. NOW I HAVE TO PRACTICE SOCIAL DISTANCING FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE AND I LOVE THE DIVERSITY THAT COMES WITH NAIL ART
I’ve been doing nails for 7 months now and I absolutely love creating different styles and designs. I started doing nails because I wanted to save money from getting my nails done. It’s also very therapeutic and relaxing. And I LOVE MAKING OTHERS HAPPY WITH MY NAIL DESIGNS.
I stared doing nails since 2015 then I stopped for a year or so ... then I stared getting recommendations from your channel and you brought me so much memories when I used to do them and I stared doing then again thanks to you ! Congrats on your success and thank yu for inspiring more people with your videos 🥰💋
I did my first set of nails in December of 2019 and I was inspired by my mom bc she would do them all the time from home (she got tired of me always asking her to do mine 😂)
I started about 5 years ago due to my love for anything beauty. It’s so important to me because i believe we all should prioritize making ourselves feel good and beautiful! I’m allll for self love and care ❤️. One day i would want to take this passion further and create my own business. You’ve inspired me, thank you! 🙏🏻
I’ve only been practicing nails since Dec 2019. I was tired of paying for services I could learn and do myself. I can be very creative and life to play with colors, n thought this would be a great, possible money making hobby.
I've been doing nails for less than a week lol. Of course this quarantine has inspired me to learn a new skill that would cut down on maintenance spending and possibly be a source of income. Right now I'm trying to soak up as many nail tips and trick as I can😊
I have been doing my nails for about 15 years. I stated doing nails bc one day I complimented someone that I knew nails. I then asked her where did she go to have them done. She told me that there was no need to go there bc I wouldn’t be able to keep them up. She said the nails were too expensive for me to maintain. She made me feel poor. I got angry the I got smart. I learned to do them for myself.
Wow! What a witch!! Good for you for using her hateful words to empower yourself!! I can't help but to hope that you were able to later show off your work by flipping her the bird... 😋
I have been a licensed cosmetologist since 2007 and have just decided to switch gears and focus on nail services. I have always loved nail art and I’m excited to begin this new journey! Your videos are awesome and I love learning from you ♥️
I have been doing nails for six months now and i enjoy doing them, even when I graduated from the university my parents thought I was going to work in a big company and when I said I want to be a nail tech it sounded like bomb....... colourful and beautiful nails inspires me the most.
I started doing nails at the beginning of this year in January. I was really attracted to becoming a nail technician because of the endless possibilities of creativity. There aren't rules to what you can and cannot put on a nail. The feeling of someone walking around wearing the art you made specially for them is indescribable. I have never felt this passionate about anything that I have done. A fire burns in my soul every time I pick up my brush.. I can't help but think about the life I can pave for myself doing what I love.
I have started doing nails recently but I have always been interested in doing them. I used to buy the nail kits from the store and did my own nails. I love art and working with different colors. I actually saw people’s nails and how the designs and color looked. So it just kind of inspired me to learn how to do nails more. I’m currently in school to get my license.
I started doing nail August 2019! I was going to school for physical therapy but I then realized my true passion is doing nails, I just love the feeling I get when people like the work I do. Making others feel better about themselves is something I love to do! ♥️
I just started doing nails and my inspiration was watching your videos all day long(saw all your videos all in one day). Literally all my products are the one you recommended. Love you🥰
Not long. Quarantine has actually made me want to learn. I’ve been doing dip pounders for about 6 months. But I’m obsessed with nail art. And it’s hard to do with dip. I’ve watched all of your videos in hopes to learn! Love ya!!
I started doing nails after I had my son in 2012 because I was afraid to send him to a daycare my hubby and I decided since I am a registered teacher to kindergartens that it would be best for me to teach him at home. Being out for the first time in many years and a new full time mom I grew to love watching Nail videos on RUclips and started practicing. I loved it so much I went to get certified and to this day I’m a nail artist 😍🥰😍🥰 keep up your Video congratulations 🎊 on the 50th episode
I’ve being doing nails for about three months now and I’m not the best but I’ve learned so incredibly much from you. I was inspired by women around me and also I would I like to be the first female in my family to go to school for something. I’d make my parents so incredibly proud of me since they do tell me all the time that they came here to give us a better life.
Been doing nails on and off for 23 years.. steady for the last 8 years. I loved the creativity with nail art and I truly enjoy my job. Couldn't ask for more.
I’ve been doing nails for about 6 months. I was inspired to do nails when my sister got into it. I LOVE doing nails !! Doing nails allows me to be creative and make up my own designs and If I knew I would love it this much I would’ve started a long time ago.
I’ve been doing my nails since July 2019. Honestly what inspired me the most is not having to spend money on refills. Not only that, but I also enjoyed watching nail videos. They are so fun to watch. I also find doing nails very therapeutic. I am also a perfectionist so it’s better that I do my own instead of someone else. Doing my own nails has taught me so much. There’s so much to nails that I never knew about.
I've started doing my nails since I was 13. I started off with regular polish, designs with regular polish. I worked my way up to gel polish and acrylic two years ago. I've always work at office settings but never was happy! I realized doing nails was my passion and I decided to become a nail technician. I am more than happy at doing nails and is what calms me down then things get rough... I want to thank you for your videos and tips, it has helped me so much. I am very grateful!! 🙏🏼🙏🏼
I've been doing nails for almost 1 year. I began to fall in love with the creative aspect of it first but then I found myself wanting to fill a void that I saw in the nail industry in my surrounding area. I wanted people to know they are other options out there other than your typical walk in salon. And now I am motivated by seeing people happy with their nails and experience
i’ve been doing my nails for almost two years. what inspired me was the beauty of other people’s creations, it gives me faith that i’ll be as great as they are as well as it motivates me to keep creating.
When I was high school I was so in love with doing nails. I Use to tape nail tips to a tooth pick and design them and watch RUclips videos on how to get the marble design by dropping the nail color in water then dipping it! Then I stopped for a while but then the end of 2019 I my friend showed me a nail page on IG and got inspired all over again. I been practicing and buying products ever since. I literally eat sleep and breath nails now
I'm am Self taught and have been doing nails for about 11yr off and on just life has been holding me back i guess and i have been interested in nails 💅 since i was about 8yrs old it something about the beautiful transformation and making people happy with the little insecurities they may have with there natural nails and thats what keep going back to doing it ,its something i cant gave up on and watching your videos are very inspiring to me to keep pushing forward ,i wish you all the luck with your business and keep up the great work ❤
I’ve been doing nails for about a year! What inspired me to do nails (makeup as well) was the fact that you can make people feel so beautiful! Boosting women’s and sometimes men’s confidence so that they feel beautiful in all aspects is very fulfilling
I started doing my nails at 14 not acrylics just nail designs with polish, I loved having pretty nails and getting compliments on them. I got my inspiration to start doing nails from RUclipsrs because that’s where I found different designs that I could try. I started doing my own acrylics at the beginning of lockdown!
I just started doing nails around 2 months ago. Well learning how to do them. I’m a stay at home mom and my husband wanted me to get into something. I tried doing nails once and I got hooked ever since. You’d videos help me so much.
Been a nail tech for 8 years. Started cosmetology school wanting to focus on make up and hair but after starting the manicurist portion of the program nails just took my heart. Thanks for all your amazing videos!
I’ve been doing nails for about a month now. I’ve always liked makeup, skin care, and nails. But I never thought to make it my career as I got older because of people saying you can’t make a good living off of it like you need a desk job that pays good money. But when quarantine started I came across your RUclips channel and binged watched all your videos and it made me realize I should be living to work and enjoying life, not working to live and being miserable everyday doing something that I don’t have a passion for. I told my parents and at first they were skeptical but then realized how excited I was about it and I had bought everything to be able to do it (thanks to your recommendations :)). Now my parents are supporting me and are really proud. Thank you so much for doing videos like “watch me work”, “salon tour”, and “tips for beginners”. They all made me want to start doing nails even more! You truly are an educator and role model. Thank you!!
i started doing my own nails a little over two years ago. i've always loved having my nails done and since i'm in college, i figured learning how to do it myself would help save myself a lot of money. i'm always inspired by bright colored nails with lots of gems and nail art on them.
I have been doing nails for about 9 months off and on. I recently enrolled in nail tech school and will be done in September. I can’t wait. To be honest, my daughter inspired me to do nails. She is 11 and loves everything about nails. I’m the kinda of mom that If my children is finding an interest in something, I try my best to cultivate it. I push them to limit to be the best in whatever it is. So it was nails. I went and bought her all kinds of nail items. She’s being doing great. Once I saw that she was deep in it, I began to pick up the tools to do them. I got so into it until I was running home from work telling her about videos I had watch on RUclips. LoL! I love it and I can’t wait until I finish school!!!
I have only been doing nails for about 2 months. My daughter and husband inspired me to do nails. We had a hard time getting pregnant after having a miscarriage so she is a rainbow baby and has since become the light in our life. They both inspired me to become a lash tech and now as of 2 months a nail tech I want to be good for them and show her you can do anything. Thank you so much for all your videos they have been such a big help love ya 💜💖
Congrats on 50!! I began practicing on myself and a fake hand summer of 2019... Just as a diy and quickly fell in love with it. I feel like I’ve found what I’d love to do and I’ve been saving and scrambling to put away for school so that I can become certified and begin working and perfecting the skills that it takes to be a nail artist. I also have parents who would really benefit from manicure and pedicures so I’m also learning so that I can practice on them and help with their issues. Anything I can absorb I try to when it comes to nails and self care. Love the content! Cheers 🥂 to 50+ more
I’ve been doing nails on and off for 6 years. I have a very stressful career and doing nails is my stress reliever and has saved me from a lot of other unhealthy stress relievers.
I’ve been practicing/doing nails for about a year now. What inspires me to do nails is how creative and artistic this field allows us to be. It’s a dream job. Nails allow you to do something you love and make a living while doing so. The process of doing nails is very therapeutic for me and I’m sure it is for plenty of others. The way you can turn bare hands into works of art is an amazing and exhilarating feeling. The way in which nails can make so many women feel beautiful is also an inspiration. It’s crazy how this small alter to ones appearance can make such a difference in the way that someone feels about themselves, so to be able to bring that affect into someone’s life is also very inspiring💛💛💛
I've been doing nails for a year...I've been interested in doing nails for 3 1/2 years, but didn't have enough money to go to school till a year ago. The main reason why I've wanted to get into nails was, I had been watching a lot of RUclips videos and my daughter was getting older and I NEEDED a good career choice in my life. Become a Nail Tech just was what I wanted to do so passionately. I'm so glad I made the decision to do so.
I have been doing nails for over 30yrs. I just LOVE the look on my clients faces when I'm done. It's priceless ❤ I love how beautiful my hands look when my nails are done 💅
I’ve been doing nails for only a year and I kinda always been inspired to do nails because you have the freedom to freestyle and be creative .theirs so many different techniques I love it
I've been doing my own nails for all my life. I fell in love with nail art hard about ten years ago when I was in college, and did the girls nails on my wing to earn money for pay for my books 💞 I have made my own press ons for the last few years, and have dabbled in acrylic on and off. Quarantine has given me the time to devote to this craft I've always loved! I am having the best time learning and creating 💞🥰
I have been doing nails on myself for about a year & what inspires me is seeing how gorgeous they turn out at the end, i hope to one day be a professional nail artist. I was seeing all the self taught nail artist , how they grow as a person & as a artist and one day live up to that dream .
I started doing nails when I was 14 years old. It’s been 6 years already!! I started doing nails because I loved how creative you can be and do so many things on the nails. And thanks to you I have learned so much.
I started doing my own Nails in 2016. I was searching for Videos on how to create Acrylic Nails by yourself & I stumbled upon a Video about education on creating Acrylic Nails at home. I still watch this person & I am totally obsessed with it.
I have been doing my nails on and off for the last 5 yrs. I had my first child and I slowed down. Had a little PPD but my fiancee encouraged me to start doing things to get me feeling better and I went right back to nails! I recently bought a polygel kit and I've been able to give myself some self-care. Plus my son loves mommy's nails!
I haven’t started doing nails yet, but being in this quarantine has made me want to develop a new technique and I think nails are that for me . I haven’t started yet I’ve just been collecting the items I’ll need, but watching your videos all day have really made me feel confident and comfortable that I can at least be somewhat good at them.
Im 13 i been doing nails for about 10 months and nail you tubers such as you, longhairprettynails, and nailcareer education inspired me and helped me on my journey😘
I’ve always been inspired my my own nail technician. But recently I had a traumatic experience in my life and decided that something beautiful should come out of all that hardship. So nails, creating nail art, working on my friends and family, supporting people and being supported was my, “something beautiful.”
Ive been doing my nails since childhood but about a year and a half ago i decided to choose something i love to do for the rest of my life. Im so inspired everyday, it makes me so happy. I love making clients feel beautiful, i basically give away my work lol its a problem. Love your style and technique, i will always watch your videos. Keep killin it.
I started doing nails 3 months ago. I would’ve never thought to consider doing so until I went to get my nails done and the nail tech talked me into doing so.. I’ve ALWAYS had a thing for design and nails help of express my creative and fun side 🥰
I’ve been doing nails for 8 months, I just needed a complete career change.I figured since I loveeee nails why not do them for a living.
Good for u

I'm in the same boat. Im hoping to be successfully working for myself in the next 2 years and leave nursing behind 🙏😇😊
Same here... best wishes!😊

I started doing my own nails in March 2020 and quarantine got me started. It turns out my cake decorating skills transfer to nail art well.
That's great, I don't have the natural skill for it but I'm trying.
@@Nicegirl_Nursing That's all we can do! I practice every day. My nail tech friends say I have picked it up fast but I feel like I'm struggling.
@@Nicegirl_Nursing I printed off the acrylic bead templates from Google and do those first. Also, Amazon has the tips, "Practice hand nail tips".
This channel is a perfect one for us beginners! Quarantine has been a great time to perfect our many hidden talents and let our creativity shine!

I just started 3 months ago. Due to the current situation, I missed having my nails done. Thanks to your videos, I've learned a lot
I haven’t done my nails myself yet. What inspired me was this quarantine bull
Been doing nails for a year and honestly just helping my mom with money :( , but so blessed to be where I am today 🙌🏼😊💅🏼 .
Love hearing that 💕💕
Wish you nothing but the best in your nail career!
I’ve been doing nails since 2011. Nails are so therapeutic to me, it’s my escape from reality. ❤️
I only do gel on myself since last year 2019 , I’m a dental assistant.... basically good with my hands thought of a side hustle & I luv it !
I’m a dental assistant/nail tech too ❤️
A girlfriend of mine that I became 23 year friends with sent me a mini set of sinful colors and after that I started looking online to see what polishes were out there and I was hooked!!!
I’ve only just started doing them during quarantine. I was so upset I couldn’t get to the nail salon so I watched thousands of tutorials😆
I have been doing nails for a little over a year, and watching RUclips is what got me into it honestly. Now I take clients and all 😊
I've just started getting into nails a month or so ago. I'm not exactly sure how I started. I'm currently just working on my practice hand.
I started 2019 and my mama inspired me to do nails as she does it too and and I just love to work together on sets 😍😍
Your videos are awesome and I love learning from you ♥️
I started doing nails because I was tired of going to chop shops getting my natural nails messed up honestly.
I’ve beeen doing nails for the past 6 months, I’m creative and haven’t seen enough creative people in the uk. So I’m here to inspire my clients
Couldn't ask for more.
i love, love, love how the ring finger/horn turned out, absolutely beautiful
I’ve been doing my own and family/friends nails since I was 15 years old. Doing nails has always been a stress relief.
And now I am motivated by seeing people happy with their nails and experience
i’ve been doing my nails for almost two years. what inspired me was the beauty of other people’s creations, it gives
me faith that i’ll be as great as they are as well as it motivates me to keep creating.
Always looking forward to see your video 🔥🔥
I just started doing nails around 2 months ago. Well learning how to do them. I’m a stay at home mom and my husband wanted me to get into something. I tried doing nails once and I got hooked ever since. You’d videos help me so much.
My little girls and I loved this set. These are our fav colors. And we love unicorns ☺💙💜💗
Cheers 🥂 to 50+ more
The 3 ppl who thumbs down this video are haters! These are 🔥🔥🔥
I’ve been doing nails on and off for 6 years.
Please do you ship equipment to Nigeria
I've been doing nails for about 8 years, but 4 years faithfully. I love how artistic you can be, I love jems, and 3d work.
