EJ456, sorry, sounds like you're suffering. Whatever your pain makes you feel, that's a good place to start. Is it terrifying? BioSoul Integration Center Is it normal to cry when observing and allowing yourself to feel the pain body? Are you still transmuting the pain body when this is happening with no thought? I’ve always thought of crying as releasing resistance.
... The pain body hijacks the mind and uses thought to maintain the status quo and keep itself alive. You can bypass counteract that tendency by keeping your attention on sensation. Eckhart tolle said that the biggest thing you could do for your life is too commit to keeping at least part of your attention on the sensations in your body at all times.
Yes, yes and yes. I dont know that pain and emotional wounds ever dissolve. They ntegrate into everything else: our identity; our beliefs about life and others; memory etc etc We can only practise learning to understand and live with our pain . Leverage it somewhat, turn it into wisdom and compassion.
Well done! Very helpful. I love all of Eckhart’s work so was aware of the term pain body. Your detailed video helped me grasped the notion even better. This is big part of any spiritual work. Thanks ✌️

@@vishnuprasad6751 The pain body is a multi faceted thing, made up of physical, emotional and mental factors that was installed in your system starting when you were in the womb and having been there for many years depending on how old you are. @@BioSoulIntegrationCenterthank you guruji.... I completely agree with you... I referred to videos, but the volume was very less, i was unable ti get anything guruji.... 🙏🙏🙏
Well, that's part of the journey, since we may have adopted unconscious patterns of pushing certain emotions and their sensations away from an early age and have been doing that for a large portion of our lives... it's normal that you find you can't automatically or easily do it now. It requires exploration and practice and probably some groping at first. You could use situations when you know you're experiencing strong emotions, say you're having a fight with your partner or something, you can stop and notice what the sensation of that emotion is in your body. You can pay attention to thoughts. "Oh, these thoughts are related to fear or anger, etc..." And then see if you can find the sensation of that in your body. Again, it's natural to find it's not easy to do at first, or else the pain body wouldn't be a problem in the first place. You can't do it wrong. In fact, it probably doesn't matter if you can pinpoint emotions in your body or not, it's the act of looking at all that's dissolving the pain body. And over time you're awareness will be refined. Hope that helps and Thanks for watching my video.
@@BioSoulIntegrationCenter Thank you so much for the quick detailed reply. Really appreciate it. I cant pin point within my body these emotions - maybe like you mentioned I need to bring in more presence. I loved your insight to reverse engineer it - that is to see what emotion is driving the thought. I had not done that before, will try it next time.. Thank you so much for this video.

Even though I know that what I resist will persist. Great explanation and great reminder!Thank you!
You're right. You're never going to be able to stretch enough to get rid of it. It's a tricky paradox. The pain body sees us coming at a thousand yards if we're trying to change it or get rid of it it only digs its heals in. I feel like that's a short-coming of the way Eckhart describes it, like an entity that we're trying to get rid of. In my experience there's a way in which it's not part of us but we've made it ours. So we have to come into relationship with it. It's like you need to put your arm around it and say it's you and me until the end. Only when we're not trying to change it does it change. LIke I said. It's a paradox. Thanks for watching.
I was meditating a lot and really working on My spiritual self. I noticed My physical pain as a result of spinal injuries had subsided and i was doing really well. I started doing work on my "pain body" with Eckhart Tolle who has completely changed my life.I noticed recently that once i became the"observing presence" and was really working on letting go of the "pain body" especially the emotional aspect my physical pain seemed to just attack seemingly in its desire for survival. I've identified for so long with my physical pain that i think unconsciously possibly, maybe my primal brain was fighting tip keep that pain body. I'm having a really hard time releasing it regardless of what i do. No focusing on it seems to help some...hmm. Any advice?
Sounds like there are a lot of pieces there and I'm not sure how clear I am on all of them. But what I'm gathering is that you've had physical pain as a result of some injuries? And in working with the emotional pain body you notice that your physical pain gets worse? Is that it? I've seen it many times, when the pain body is no longer unconscious and starts to get exposed, which means it's on it's way to dying, is will try to reestablish it's control over you. Keep staying present with what's coming up. Pay close attention to the sensations in your body.
