Mayor Frank Scott of Little Rock

Mayor Frank Scott Jr., of Little Rock, Arkansas was a special guest at the annual KAIROS Diaspora Dinner & Conversation on Monday, September 23rd at Brooklyn Chophouse Times Square. The intimate setting event was attended by over fifty professionals and trailblazers from the African diaspora. It was one of UNGA 76th sideline events across NYC and was hosted by the former Assembly Member Michael Blake.
