That's how badly they portrayed the illuminati especially when in fighting situations like what movie in the past done the one by one approach. They are the leaders of big groups but fought like well 6 random people one by one
Not to mention even killing off the original members in seconds while the other two get a fight scene.
1)It's literally a different universe so it doesn't matter
2)They didn't know how strong Scarlet Witch Wanda really was so they underestimated her
3)Scarlet Witch was controlling their Wanda and they didn't want to y'know, murder their friend

i love how the animator show it like an attack or a parade in these animations.
If you really think about it, El Macho could actually be very much able to take down and defeat most of Marvel's heroes AND villains without a problem, especially when you consider his army of evil purple minions that can eat and consume literally anything and show no signs of injury since they're completely indestructible
The Purple Minions were so overpowered XDD It's a shame they hardly had any screentime

Despicable Me 2 was such an underrated movie. My family's favorite. I mean, the villain could defeat the smartest man in the world after all.
When you actually think about it, *Benjamin Bratt* is a really good voice actor.
You could say that about the cast in most of the DM movies. Russell Brand was literally unrecognizable as Dr. Nefarious, Sandra Bullock and Jon Hamm probably had so much fun in the first Minions movie and Kristen Wiig as Lucy is so adorable
