TGE was on Feb 6th so 14 days after is last day so Feb 20th. No other ways to claim with lower fees, but to wait when ETH has lower activity. Use block native or etherscan. Even then, $MAVIA is around $6.30 right now so it's still profitable to claim with gas.
There isn't a PC download since it's a mobile game. But if you have android, you might be able to use an Andriod emulator like Bluestacks to play mobile games on PC. I used to do this when I played Lineage 2 mobile

You can go to Mavia.com website to get the address and if you have any further question, the team is very helpful so head to the Discord and ask their bit make sure you're talking to official team members and not people pretending to be
The website account is linked to your game account as long as you synced it where you connect it your decentralized wallet. Check in the Heroes of Mavia Discord to see if your game account holds $MAVIA and if you need to connect a wallet to the website because I'm not sure. My guess is yes if you want to withdraw the token
But this is a clash of clans ripoff and the mechanics are kind of terrible from my 1 hour of play on it. It is seriously raising red flags for me on a quick money grab opportunity for the investors of this project etc

tldr : you can't gain $mavia by playing; the airdrop ended and there is no possibility to gain $mavia in game

You can potentially make money but you have to play these games. It depends on the demand of the NFTs from the rubies earned in-game
