at minute 7:33. what did you press to make "HOME" appear everywhere? you didn't show that

That’s called ‘Paste to replace”
Choose all the elements that you want to replace, and right click and choose paste to replace or Cmd+Shift+R
This will replace the selected elements with the copied element.
