The Bills and Allen are perfectly capable of winning and probably will at some point, but they have the very difficult task of having to deal with the Reid/Mahomes era Chiefs. I'm a huge Chiefs fan and am rooting for a 3-peat, but NOBODY has played the Chiefs so well as the Bills. Most of the games over the last 4-5 years, whether between them, whether regular season or playoffs, could have been won by either team. The AFC has perhaps the greatest crop of young QB's to ever play pro football in one time era, which simply magnifies the accomplishment of Patrick Mahomes. Mahomes and Allen have already had more classic duels than Brady and Peyton Manning had. You'd have to combine the Mannings to make a valid comparison.

Look guys I know what everyone is going to say that this game was rigged but I don't believe so. Yes there were questionable calls that went kc way but at the end of the day buffalo had an opportunity to take the lead and win the game. The refs did not cause the tight end to drop that ball or allow the first down to seal the game. This team unfortunately hasn't had much success in their franchise. Lost 4 straight superbowls and 0-4 in the superbowl. Also this team got away with ticky tack fouls against baltimore. Dragging lamar out of bounds and the drop by mark andrews. This team needs to regroup, run it back next year and try it again. Play with vengeance and a chip on their shoulder.

@ he is a good QB, but people act like this guy is Dan Marino. All the stats inflated now, all the rules favor the offense, the extra games etc and he isn't even really a top stat guy. 28 passing TDs im supposed to be wowed by that in modern nfl? He's not a top stat guy and he isn't some guy that has multiple superbowls so what does that tell you. He is probably about the 8th best QB in the league and his delusional stans act like he is top 5 all time.
The Bills and Allen are perfectly capable of winning and probably will at some point, but they have the very difficult task of having to deal with the Reid/Mahomes era Chiefs. I'm a huge Chiefs fan and am rooting for a 3-peat, but NOBODY has played the Chiefs so well as the Bills. Most of the games over the last 4-5 years, whether between them, whether regular season or playoffs, could have been won by either team.
The AFC has perhaps the greatest crop of young QB's to ever play pro football in one time era, which simply magnifies the accomplishment of Patrick Mahomes. Mahomes and Allen have already had more classic duels than Brady and Peyton Manning had. You'd have to combine the Mannings to make a valid comparison.

My analogy as an older fan is that McDermott and Allen are the new version of Shula and Marino. Where as Shula had the game pass him by from his glory years and just relied on Marino's QB greatness. A perennial good team, but not a TRUE contender.
