Damn, that last MK1 game was well played, good patience and heads up driving. nice.
Spotting in this Game is sometimes really weird. A few days ago, I was out spotted by a Mäuschen, while driving a T49.
This tank is competing for my top used tank vs the Progetto 46. The P46 is a bit more flexible which is why I probably prefer it, when push comes to shove.

Do you know what this tank does to the match making? The reason for asking is that this tank is destroying my win rate - it's under 40% for this tank for the week I have had it!! I have no problem getting other mediums up in 60%. And getting around 3K damage with this tank not too hard. But my team keep falling apart!
Since it's happening so often I can't blame my team. It have to be something I'm doing wrong?
Any help is highly appreciated!
Hey Mike. It's hard to compare tanks when you have an unequal amount of battles done. For example, first 5 games on my STB-1 gave me 20% WR where I managed to win the first 5 when I got the T-62. I think it's a stroke of bad luck

That last game was nice game play driving target selection and patience
Honestly I think this is the best tier 8 medium. Better than the chimera. Being able to empty your clip without taking damage back is a godlike ability

I have now gathered 12 500 gold, should I spend it on the Defender mk.1 or wait for the Caernavaron Action X
Action is really good tank, but almost everyone knows it's weak spots. It still perform very well with it's high DPM. If you like heavies more - go Action, if you like mediums and lights - defender is your tank. Just don't forget it's a clipper, not like Progetto. If you pushed by a tank or two you going to suffer
Both are solid performers. AX keeps pumping shots. Defender has burst.
Don't forget the mobility, defender mk1 has 23.33 ptw ratio, while AX has 16.6, very different playstyles/ carry opportunitys, mk1 can hold a Progetto for example if neither can push(each in theyr hull down position) due to the amazing turret armor, while AX you have a good mobility for a heavy ia still a heavy and out of hull down everyone is going to pen you/ and meds/lights outmaneuver you )
Thank you all for your lovely advice. Altough I would love to have the Action X cause I love the heavy play style, I think I will buy the Defender cause I don‘t know when it will come next to the store and I have now time for playing the game.

the comander hatch was behind a container and was unable to spot the deffender

hey, just want to explain how he did not get spotted. firstly, the t92e1 had its turret behind the cement thing and thus blocking the spotting port on the turret and mantlet, secondly, the jagdtiger's front is completely hidden and ofc that would also block the spotting port, before that he was covered by the boxes and they would work the same as covers from spotting. just game mechanics, sometimes it messes up

That's not the case buddy. When you fire you lose camo rating and there were several instances when you could see the T92E1 turret and mantlet. Even when a tank dies, they keep spotting reds for 3 seconds or so
T92E1 with 50% crew has max view range of 201m so it's the most logical explanation
Yes, just rewatched 5 times and i think for the jagdtiger, it’s a td so not good enough viewrange, but the t92e1 has a very high chance of being stock
My saving for the t28 defender, I don’t like the low dmg even if auto loader, I prefer more damage per shot.
Is this better than the Action X?
Was thinking about adding another Defender to my arsenal. Love the T28 and was thinking about the IS but have the K-91 so that's that. So the Mk is the way to go
Don't buy t28 I have its gun lucks of accuracy and reloading between shells takes forever also it's very slow and big which make it easy target

That bush is something I always nuke.. If I have a shell in barrel and no other targets poking out, I always send a shell that way, and many times I scored blind kills with it. Come on, everyone knows that there will be a TD or some noob camping and thinking that he is the invincible ninja.

He mighr have seen the t92 because his front was poking out, but not be spotted in return because enemy turret was hidden.
Please choose 2 tanks from the list for me to recover: Icebreaker ,Ox ,Agent ,Eraaser BP44 and Thunder

Wargaming should STOP adding OP tanks. Only time I enjoy fighting against these tanks is blowing them up or just pissing people off who drive them. Always thumbs down OP tanks. Wallet Warrior jerks rejoice.
