I'm a reseller, and I bought something we both enjoy flipping: Reed & Barton 18/8 mixed lot of Flatware. It sold within minutes of me listing it on Ebay. 😊
I havent been buying much. I did recently buy some items at an online auction, and I got a fabulous collection of thimbles (I know nothing about thimbles) but since Im going back to buying some hard goods, Ive been watching "The Auction Professor" who is a really super knowledgeable guy about vintage and antiques and all sorts of things. He did a video on 'what most people pass up' and thimbles was one of the categories. Some super valuable ones! So Im excited to find out more about them!
Yes I’ve watched him quite a few times and definitely have learned a lot from his videos! I’ll be excited to hear how you do on the thimbles! I’ve never thought to sell those!
Thanks to your videos I found a cookbook that I would have looked over. Has a high sell through and $35 value. Lubys cafeteria cookbook 50th anniversary. It is a cafeteria in Texas.
Hi Sarah, Congratulations on the charm bracelet!!! AND the Cloisonne jewelry box!!! Thrilled for you honey! Went to an estate sale and also found some valuable jewelry in both the bathroom and a shoe box in the master bedroom closet. Bathroom find was a Peter Brams 14kt and Pearl "Tin Cup" necklace which sold for $150.00. Master closet finds were in a tattered up shoebox that held a Novica Quetzal Eclipse sterling pendant w/chain (Sold 133.00), a SINGLE earring matching the pendant that is still listed, 2 thin 10kt yellow gold chains, and a 14kt gold chain. Took the minuscule handful up to the cashier and she charged me $1.00 for all six. 17 cents a piece. Didn't have my loop but could see they were marked. It's downright amazing what can be found when we dig or just handle things isn't it? Blessings all, K.T. 🇺🇲🙏🇺🇲
Wow what great finds you made as well! Digging will always be my favorite thing, there’s just something so special about unearthing a forgotten treasure and getting it into the hands of someone who will enjoy and give it another life.
You musta freaked out when you saw the comps for that jewelry box... I bet that was a surprise! Omg, and the bracelet was even better! Good score! I just stumbled upon your video and glad I did. Thank you! 😁
Wow!!! Congratulations on the charm bracelet find!!! You found some really nice items at great prices. The jewelry box was a great find as well. Thank you for your videos. Didn't realize frames and flatware were things I should be looking at until I discovered your youtube videos. Hope your new to you car fund grows rapidly.
That was an amazing find with the charm bracelet. Congratulations!! I found a 14k gold vintage cameo brooch on the last day of an estate sale for $3. It also was not on the jewelry table but in the living room pinned to the front of a couch pillow! Woohoo! So fun!!
I was thinking something like that too! My mother in law helped and she gave me some descriptors and I found somewhat similars finally! “Arts and crafts hammered copper box”
I found a bag of Halloween “plan a party nut cups” . These are paper that you punch out and put together. I was so excited!!! There were 4 opened packages (from the 60s) but unused. Sold 3 of them in less than an hour-the baggie of 4 was $2, sold the first 3 for $125…
Wow! That’s amazing, I had to look them up because I was curious what they looked like. They are cute but I think I would have waltzed right by them, so thank you for sharing!
@@Childhoodfinds I think a lot of people had walked by- but my childhood reminded me how exciting those Halloween parties at school were in the 60s! These were a throw away after the party was done item!
Aw thank you! I don’t know if I’m too fun too be around sourcing, I can be a grump and hyper and crazy all in the span of a few minutes, but my mother in law and husband haven’t stopped going with me yet so I suppose I could be worse 😂
Thanks for sharing your knowledge and your transparency.
Thank you so much 🙏
Love the realistic Steiff
Great haul!! Here's to your car fund 🥂

Reseller, favorite thing I picked up recently is an antique Chinese bride’s box, purchased from a woman who got it when she lived in China.
Wow I just looked that up, they are beautiful, thank you for sharing your find!
Good for you on the bracelet!
Thank you!
When I grew up in the 70’s, we had like a whole set of Anna Lee Xmas dolls that were all like 2 ft tall. Guess they were sold off at some point
I actually saw two of the big ones at a sale this weekend! I had never seen any that big, they were impressive honestly!
Love your videos. I’d love to go sourcing with you.

What brand is your jacket? I love it.
I just checked its red head brand co! I don’t even have the foggiest recollection of how I acquired it, but it’s comfy!
I don’t care for Anna Leigh either. Ugh
