My sister met her husband at my other sister’s wedding! It was a destination wedding in DR and he was a waiter. That was July 2022. She met up with him for a week the following year in May 2023, and he proposed to her over the phone when she landed back in the UK! She married him October 2023. He finally came to the UK February 2024. She married him in DR & it was last minute so none of us could go, so no one had really met him. So she only met up with him once for a week and then next time she saw him, she married him 🤷🏾‍♀️ …Thankfully, things are still going well but we were all on edge 😂😂 !! He’s a lovely guy but we’re all still a bit on edge lowkey. Hoping God will guide them 🙏🏾
