Both do not support 18W charging
A3pro supports 10W charging while 14C supports 18W charging. Overall, A3pro is a better value for money as refresh rate does not count to an average phone user.

Redmi A3 pro actually supports 18watt charging but comes with a 10watt inbox charger, I always make sure I research these things to give accurate info. I have a redmi a3 pro in my hands so I made sure to check these
