Thank you for this video! I struggled through this for a few hours before finding this and your approach was really different from mine and taught me a lot.
Quick question - why did you make the extruded circle "3" or (A*2) instead of (A*0.5). I'm new to reading these drawings but it looks like the extruded circle "breaks the surface" on both sides by "A*0.5).
    Thank you!

I'm really glad to hear that the video was helpful to you and that you were able to learn something new from my channel! Thank you for reaching out with your question about the extruded circle.
The decision to use "3" or (A*2) for the extruded circle instead of (A*0.5) was influenced by the design methodology I employed. In this particular case, I opted to derive the extrusion from the sketch drawing rather than the surface. This choice has a significant impact on how the thickness is calculated.

Thank you for this video. I was understanding the drawing wrong. I thought the hole extends only one side. It clarified my stuck.
But why you don't use the formulas and global variables?

my main purpose of this vid is making the steps of design easy, but I will add it to the next vids thank you for your comment.

Is there a reason to extrude about the midplane rather than off the plane itself? Also it has already been mentioned but this problem also has a part 2 that is made much easier when you use global variables and formulas for A and B. Thanks for the videos, very helpful.

"Appreciate your comment! The decision to extrude about the midplane or off it varies based on design specifics. Blind extrusion is valid, leading to diverse subsequent steps.
Noted your input on global variables and formulas for A and B. You're correct, I've covered it in upcoming videos. For more queries, reach us on Telegram (@cad_designO).
      Thanks again,

Sorry mate but I am sure that you made a mistake on the lenght of the parts. Could you check it once again, or maybe I am wront to let me know. Why did you put 91mm instead of 109mm? Very begining of the clip. (Variable A) Good clip BTW

Why when I use the new values for A & B in geometry interference happens.
I can provide you with the images and files of my solution if you can help me.
