When connecting any USB device, is the connection solid? Doesn't the cable disconnect if it moves by mistake? I ask this because I have a hub from a different brand than the USB devices, they almost always disconnect on their own because the connector does not tighten the port connection and the connector comes off when moving the cable
Does it charge through the USB-C port? For example, if you need to connect different accessories to an iPad (or iPhone) and you connect the hub through the USB-C port to an iPad (or an iPhone etc), will the USB-C device be charged as well? I'm asking this from the perspective of having an iPad connected to a series of MIDI devices and I need the iPad to be charged through the USB-C port. Thank you!
@magnivimagnoov I went looking on their store to see if there's an EU version. Surprisingly there isn't! So, if you are to buy this version you need to make sure you buy a compatible stepdown/power supply that will fit the barrel connector to run on EU voltage. It needs to accommodate the 12v/2A DC output so you don't fry the device. A power adapter from EU to US/CA will definitely work too... just adds more plugs to your socket.
So, the unit only supports USB-A connections (using USB 3.0) to the main ports on the top. But if you have a USB-A to USB-C cable, that'll work. You'll plug the USB-A connector into the unit and then the other end into whatever device you want. The only USB-C input for the device is for connecting it to your computer.
So, theoretically if your CPU isn't the bottleneck, the throughput of the cable will be the only limit the amount of data you can transfer up to the limit of 5Gbps.

I can report that every USB cable I have plugged in is secure and doesn't wobble out. I do use high quality cables which may also help.

Yes, but the voltage isn't very high. It'll dribble charge more demanding devices and will probably struggle with multiple devices connected.
Can we charge the phone even when the computer is turned off in this product?
Yes! So it has its own independent power supply and you can still use it to charge devices.
Is it possible to use the hub without an power supply, and will this harm the laptop?
No, sadly you will need power for the unit to operate. However, it won't harm the laptop either way.

can i use type c to type c instead of the type c to usb 3.0

can we use it without 12v dc power?
No, you need the 12V power supply
It can run 2 stream Decks?
I'm not sure. In theory if each USB port has enough amperage to run a stream deck, I don't think the bandwidth will be a problem at all
@@HowToDoItTech it works perfect :)
If I want to extend it to at least 3m,can I buy a new and longer cable?because my laptop is too far from my monitor, will this affect the speed?
I'm not sure the signal will be strong enough over such a long cable. I haven't been able to test this myself.
Good day. If you download video simultaneously from 3-5 ports. Does the speed decrease? Thanks for the answer

Great Job :)
That work on ps5?
Possibly. But I'm unable to test it
@@HowToDoItTech okey :)
