You have to apply to other companies after Google Apprenticeship, also apprenticeship doesn't count as a full time work experience so you will be counted as a fresher.

It says your candidature looks promising and we are excited to have you in our but we are going through some internal approval for your candidature. And will get back to you next week with final result.
