I lost my father 3 years ago when he got a kidney transplant, watched the doctors try to keep his heart beating as he laid in the ICU. I never got the chance to tell him before he passed away how much he meant to me and how he was never a burden on any of our life's. Every day he lives on in my memories with all the good times we had. To this day it feels like he could just walk right in the front door with a smile on his face and liven up the room and I know he would be proud that I am finally living on my own with a job.
