Do you make shorts or tiktok clips from your long videos? When I post or send longer videos to prep players for what we will be working on they won't watch them. For instance, if you made a 1 min clip of 6:00-7 more kids would be willing to watch. Then with a link,maybe they find their way to the long form. If you started doing this a link to the short from the long would help coaches that follow you create playlists for youth players. Great channel, glad you're growing.

Love the videos! They are very helpful for my daughter! She’s 11yo and started her second season pitching. Can you offer any advice for girls to make adjustments or how to accommodate physical growth? She def got taller and longer over the past year and has been frustrated because she doesn’t feel that she is pitching with as much command this season.
Thanks for this comment… this is a great question and actually one I’ve seen recently with some of my pitchers around the same age. Adjusting for length will be similar to adjusting to strength as she gets older. the most simple recommendation is to make sure she feels in control of her body throughout her motion. This may mean slowing down slightly to understand how she can leverage the extra length to her advantage before speeding up again! (Or just slowing down a bit in warm-ups to warm the brain-muscles up for full motion). I hope this was helpful and I’m happy to discuss further if you send an email to courtney@plusultrapitching.com

Palm up external rotation of the fingers, wrist & forearm should be stressed in order to properly sequeence the arm out of the flexion in the elbow.
