ARM POSITIONING for softball pitchers!

Let's go through another part of the pitch I see often: the arm positioning in Power K. We want it bent, but a lot of pitchers keep their arm straight. Today, I provide drills that I've used to address and help pitchers FEEL the correct positioning throughout their pitch!
