I finally get around to planning the bards, sweet potatoes and the garlic. Yes, it is late for both of them, but you do what you can with the time you have.
Thank you, Tom. Last year was the first time I’ve ever grown sweet potatoes and I got a pretty good harvest out and I cleaned them off and stored them and they store really well down in the basement. I’ll be curious to see how this year‘s harvest store as a long-term, I will probably start doing a lot more because we actually cook with sweet potatoes. These are the bard true orange sweet potatoes. They have some that are white and some that are purple but we’ll see how this year does.
